Very Nice HotelPosted Dec 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel deserves all the good reviews it has gotten. We stayed only for one night but would have liked to stay longer. Clean spacious rooms. Nice service and englishspeaking staff. We ate at the restaurant, this was not as good. We were confused to whether it was open or not. Had to ask what turned out to be a waiter if it was open, if we could sit down, if we could have a menu.. But food was good and all in all recommendable experience

Pros: Rooms were very stylish and comfortable. Restaurant very good. Check in and out very easy. Helpful street security person.
Cons: Barking dogs were noticeable on the second floor. Some difficulty communicating with staff in English.
Location: Other restaurants walking distance.

nice hotel, did not honor reservationPosted Aug 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
I had a nice stay at the Anahi, and upon leaving booked a room for my return of one night to Quito. This was confirmed by hotel manager, backwards and forwards...I returned, only to be informed that "there was a problem, so we don't have a room for you"--they offered to procure equal tariff in another hotel (which clearly, they should have done with one of the party who did not have a reservation that night)--in the downtown area, last place i wanted to stay. They then said they'd do same in same area, sent me in a taxi to a hotel with higher rates and depressing claustrophobic room.

The Anahi Boutique Hotel in Quito -superb originalPosted Feb 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed a 4 stay at the Anahi Boutique Hotel and had a wonderful relaxed and very omfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful and they spoke good English that really helped! The rooms we had were of a very high quality and the breakfasts and one meal we had in one evening were very good. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

La Mariscal, Quito's finest boutique hotel!Posted Feb 20, 2012
Pros: A beautiful hotel renovated from a large colonial home in 2010
Cons: I couldn't stay longer
Location: In a quiet neighborhood close to downtown
An incredibly beautiful hotel, with staff that are friendly, helpful and cover every detail. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Quito's La Mariscal district, four blocks from Foch Plaza. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast buffet and an indoor/outdoor atrium on top the hotel that has a 360 view of the city.

Very Nice HotelPosted Oct 3, 2011 on Hotels.com
Very large rooms with beautiful wood furniture reflecting typical Ecuadorian designs. TV has many international channels and staff speak English and are very accomodating. No shampoo so bring your own. Located in a local neighborhood but plenty of 24-security on hand. Good breakfast included in room price which was very good value for the money. No A/C but was not a problem as evenings are relatively cool and an open window does the job. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
