Everybody was really helpful and nice. They call us early in the morning to wake us up and got us a ride to the airport.

Nice hotel in downtown

We have a pleasant experience with this hotel. Great location, you can go wherever you want walking or a short ride cab. Maybe I wish a room with fridge, but the restaurant there has excellent buffet breakfast and typical food.

Terrible showers. Ruins the whole rating. The hotel has a very OLD water pipeline system. Taking a shower its an terrible experience

Great location

Rooms smell a little. They try to mask it with a fragrance but that wears off after a couple hours. For the price and location worth it.

Muy bueno pero no todas las habitaciones

Bien..pero esta vez me tocó una habitación menos moderna! No todas las habitaciones son de la misma calidad: antes me habia tocado un super habitación, moderna, persianas electricas, con luces led, televisor de 40¨ y ahora una habitación bastante vieja, televisor poco moderno.

Lamentablemente no muy bien, cuando hice la reserva via online no hubo ningun indicador para marcar preguntando si queria me incluyeran el desayuno por lo tanto yo lo daba por hecho pero no fue asi. Tuvimos que pagar por un buffet que le falta mas variedad para escoger. La habitacion que nos toco, no tenia espejos, no tenia bar, no tenia un calentador de agua (lo esencial) y la cama sonaba como si fuera muy vieja. La ubicacion bastante buena porque esta accesible a todo. gracias
