“Good Quito Hotel w/ Nice Spa”

Excellent service from friendly staff who for the most part spoke English well. I forgot my iPod at the spa and it was promptly found and returned to my room. High marks for the well equipped spa. It can be crowded especially at the heated pool since there are non-guest members. Nice sauna and the massage from Marta was on of the best that I ever had and it was included with my room package. A great deal!!!!

Area recommendations

The area around the Swissotel is nice and safe with excellent bars/restaurants within walking distance. The casino at Hotel Quito is 3 blocks away. My favorite spot in Quito is actually near the Sheraton which is across the street from Quicentro, the best mall in the city.

“Very Nice”

The staff was excellent. They took care of everything we needed when we needed it. The rooms were nice with very large beds. The showers are small, but that is the style.

“worth going once in your life”

quito is not the most exiting city in ecuador, we recommend fly in and go to cuenca which is a more sophisticated city

“Best service in Quito !”

A wonderful luxury hotel with an extreme friendly personnel who gives the best service. For a first time traveller in SOuth AMerica , it is a very welcoming place. The SPA is wonderful. There are 5 restaurants to choose from. The breakfast buffet must be the best in town .

The old centre ( during the day only) and the New city and Mariscal area.

WE had dinner in San Telmo. They are known for their argentinean steaks . The best steak we have ever eaten.

“Good stay, awesome service”

The hotel does a good job offering the guest a pleasant stay. I like the fact that they have a number of restaurants available -a bit pricey- but overall it is a good value for what you pay.
