Cheap and CheerfulPosted May 29, 2014
Very good price and we were happy with the service provided. Our flight back was in the evening and they looked after our baggage in a secure room whilst we were away during the afternoon. Friendly staff.

Service was supreme, Location great., priced rightPosted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Staff, Staff, Staff. Location was great for me as it placed me close to the city center and medina. It was easy to walk to all places I wanted to see
Cons: WiFi was a bit unreliable in the room one evening but that just gave me reason to head down to the lounge and use internet there.
Location: Again the location was excellent. I could visit business downtown or hit the medina. Also the tram system ran right by the hotel.
Arrived to find wonderful staff in reception ready to answer my every question. Had assistance taking a very heavy pack up to my room. Any question I asked the staff were ready to answer. Every time I came or went it was a warm with a warm greeting from staff. The room was outfitted with everything I needed and while not spacious it was well appointed and very comfortable.

ServicesPosted Nov 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is centre location, that's it? I booked for one night rather then 4 night, to find out frist I desperately need to check out next day. Arrival is not welcome at all, reception services very poor, I get very annoyed they have to hold my passport in the reception. Speaking English very poor, F&B area has no interest looking up to hotel guest & hard to understand them as they have no English. Accommodation is poor level 2 no electric power power point to charge phone , oldest tv I ever seen no remote , bathroom are very poor. Some of the services was advertise is not there Over all the money I have paid is not worth & I, m not recommending to any one.

pretty decentPosted Jun 30, 2013
Pros: great location
Cons: bathroom couldve been better
Location: right across the medina
lovely hotel, especially for the price! Great location (right across from the medina), which gives really nice views at night from the balcony if you have a room facing the street. Rooms are quite spacious, clean, and rather impressive for the price paid. Bathroom is okay, not amazing, but nothing to complain against. Overall, a pretty decent place to stay.

Crummy hotel in a great locationPosted Jun 3, 2013
Cons: The room
Location: very good
Was 50 dollars (USD) for the night, the quality was consistent with a $50 hotel room in the US (cheap motel). Probably the lowest quality place I've stayed that has a doorman. It took a few minutes to find the one outlet behind a cabinet, and I got locked the bathroom for a few minutes because the lock on the handle jammed. The location is PERFECT thought, right next to the medina. It was also a little sketchy that rather than having me pay before getting the room key, they gave the key, then asked for my passport and said they would give it back once I paid. Also had fairly hard mattresses.

Affordable family hotelPosted Aug 15, 2012
Pros: friendly, open, helpful staff that are extremely accommodating..
Location: right across the street from the medina...great for shopping!
this is the second time I stayed in this hotel and both times they have been accommodating, helpful and included me this trip in breaking the fast for Ramadan so i got to experience an additional side of the culture. I highly recommend the hotel as it's also affordable and centrally located with great medina access. Happy shopping!

DisappointedPosted Jul 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
Front desk disorganized and somewhat unprofessional. Worst breakfast I've had at hotel in morocco.
