OK Stay

Room was clean upon arrival, however we stayed two nights and no one came to clean our room. Had to go to desk for towels.

Wonderful stay!

I had such a pleasant stay here! I arrived early and took a chance that my room was ready before the check in time, and it was. Front desk staff was very nice upon arrival and departure. Extremely nice hotel altogether. You can tell it's still very new.

Nice get away

clean room, pool was a little cool but fun. the kids loved it. Bathrooms were clean. Room had everything we needed and staff was helpful.

Bad experience

When I arrived the lady at the check in was lounging on the couch (I checked in very late, but had made them aware of this). Check-in lasted 30 minutes!!!!!!! I didn't get in my room until after 1:30AM! She made an error in the system and had a hard time checking me in. She never smiled, but did apologize repeatedly after she realized the error. She had me to call Hotels.com because she said it was their fault, and we were on the Phone with them for a while.

Best place in Raceland

Although there are less expensive places around the area, I find it to be the best around as far as cleanliness and amenities. They also have a great breakfast in the AM.

great room, high rates for the area but I would stay again for the quality of the rooms. Also, why don't yall serve cookies at night!!
