"In house restaurant food was fantastic! Staff very nice. Polite and helpful. Quiet rooms despite big tourist groups staying at the hotel. Perfect location right in the city centre. No free disabled parking bays however there were two disabled bays in front of the hotel but these are not bookable. There is a NCP car park beneath the hotel which costs £50.00 for the weekend. We requested a room with twin beds and was given an ‘accessible’ room to accommodate wheelchair users which didn’t apply in our case. The downside to this was the bathroom sink was very low done as was the loo and loo roll holder. Would highly recommend. Not cheap but worth it. "

"My stay at Radstone Hotel was very good Don't be put off by outside appearance as room was clean and shower was excellent Check in was great and young lady who booked me in took time to take me to room Only downside is road noise in morning but as I was up and away early didn't really affect my stay "

"Overall is a very best hotel but the receptionists might need to work more professional and faster. Spent more than 40 mins in the queue to check out. Yet, the rest of stay were very good with polite staffs from restaurant and good cleaner with well manner. Despite the reception, this hotel is still highly recommended. "
