Touring on Spring Break

Posted Apr 2, 2014
Pros: The staff. The room. Everything!
Cons: Maybe a little more fruit at breakfast? The table was always so well presented and the sweet foods were lovely. Juices great. Coffee perfect.
Location: Lots of UNESCO sites. That's what drew me there.
The staff was amazing, especially the wonderful young man at the evening desk who helped me graciously with all my transportation inquiries. (Regretfully I don't know his name) But everyone was helpful and courteous. The hotel was terrific too, lovely furnishings and immaculate. I loved staying at this hotel.

Great designer boutique hotel

Pros: The rooms and the Bulgari bathroom products
Cons: Free mini bar without alcohol
Location: location good in the new city
The hotel and staff are very attentive and helpful..their sister hotel 2 minutes away has a wonderful pool and grounds..it would have been wonderful if they knew how to service guests by the pool..eg Gin and tonics and when I asked it was as though they had never heard of it, the principal hotel di stefano said whatever you ordered was ok...We ordered a taxi to go to Ibla, and we had the best service from this company for the entire time we were there.. I would definitely go back again...

Eating in the clouds

Pros: The view from the roof
Cons: The lift experience
Situated in a convient situation for the old town and the sites there. An ancient lift which went a heck of a clatter. Breakfast room has a stunning view but not too good when it is windy.
