Dining room and cleaning staff work so hard to please the customers . I found the staff on duty during my stay treat the people with respect and professionally. They are very efficient and nothing is a problem if needed anything.

Amazing experience in Hyatt Raipur
It was a amazing experience during my stay in the property. The staff members were very friendly and prompt in providing service the moment we required them. The room was very clean and quite organized. The food was excellent and delicious.

The hotel is part of a shopping mall which is unusual. But rooms and dining are on upper floors so you don’t notice. Only at lobby level. Staff are super helpful and followed up with everything from check in to room service. They are super attentive.

Central Area. Not so comfy
Room design is far from being cozy as there is no wall separation between sleeping area and the bathroom. Also hotel area was very noisy. Marriage music till midnight and road traffic. Had to get the room changed.Hotel is centrally located with a mall in the same building.

Like everything.From staff to location. Excellent hospitality. I have two get together about 25 people. From chef to all team provide Excellent service, advice. Food was great taste. Love to stay there again

The service and kitchen staff are amazing. Only thing I miss is my brand new white shirt which seems to have been tgrown away when servicing the room..

Hotel reception area was unimpressive. Hotel looks run down. Room lay out was not impressive. Food ,Bar and service was good.Staff were very helpful and friendly. No swimming pool.Small fitness area. Overall not impressed with this hotel.

Amazing but very short stay. The staff is incredible helpful and considerate and really made my stay easier. I didn't have a chance to try the restaurants but the breakfast was fantastic

It was good overall except for room service which was bad. I was sent a non-veg "complimentary" item despite being a strict vegetarian. The dinner was very ordinary- the paneer palak was essentially paneer dipped in palak soup.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and assure you that I have taken your feedback very strongly with my team. We do send chicken sausages as sides with egg orders but the same is checked with guests with a choice between hash brown potatoes or sausages. This was a clear miss from the team in checking with you on your preference and as a result you were served chicken sausages on the side. My sincere apologies once again for this and I assure you immediate remedial action has been taken to avoid such shortfalls going ahead.I do hope that you would give us another chance to be at your service and somehow regain your confidence in us. Please be rest assured that this was an aberration and not the experience we want our guests to have. Please do write to me the next time you plan a trip to Raipur and I would personally handle your reservation and preferences.

Hotel is next to a Shopping Mall so its nice to step out from hotel and move around. Hotel is as expected as any other Hyatt infra. H ad a good stay.

It's worth the money!
The staff are very friendly and always offered to help. The location of the hotel is very good and right next to a mall. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again if I return to Raipur.

Appalling Service and Unpleasant Experience
During my stay i witnessed major gaps in housekeeping facilites and low standards of service at Cafe Oriza restaurant, during the breakfast time at the Hyatt Raipur Hotel. Basic stuff such as Dental Kit, Shoe Shiner, Slippers etc are luxury items and are provided only on request, conveyed by Hotel Staff. Breakfast menu is repetitive and service is only provided when asked, otherwise no one bothers. Needless to say the stay has been quite disappointing and definitely not at par with the kind of expectations I've developed for a Hyatt Group. An email was sent highlighting the ordeal to the GM- Mr. Sameeth Guha but no revert yet.

everything good. Rooms are typical modern chrome, Halls are w-i-d-e. If you want western efficiency this is for you; if you want atmosphere look somewhere else. Great mall right next to the hotel. Very good internet. May include breakfast and airport pickup depending on the price you pay. EXCELLENT breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel fora cozy stay
Had a comfortable stay at Hyatt. The staff was very good. Good was good. Room was clean n cozy. However bathroom emmenities were a lil disappointment.
