During my stay i witnessed major gaps in housekeeping facilites and low standards of service at Cafe Oriza restaurant, during the breakfast time at the Hyatt Raipur Hotel.
Basic stuff such as Dental Kit, Shoe Shiner, Slippers etc are luxury items and are provided only on request, conveyed by Hotel Staff.
Breakfast menu is repetitive and service is only provided when asked, otherwise no one bothers.
Needless to say the stay has been quite disappointing and definitely not at par with the kind of expectations I've developed for a Hyatt Group.
An email was sent highlighting the ordeal to the GM- Mr. Sameeth Guha but no revert yet.
