“Great HOTEL !!!”

This hotel could not have been better. As soon as we arrived in our room a phone call came to make sure we were not in need of anything. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The best part of the stay was the location. We were near all things. Mall, sports venues,church, restaurants and grocery stores. The price was a bargain, too.

I researched a lot of places for my week long trip, and glad I chose here! The staff was very nice, the rooms were excellent, and all at a great price. The location is convenient to the entire Raleigh area. I think my only complaint would be the older televisions, I am sure they will update with larger newer size LCD. The on-site store was convenient w/free coffee...free laundry facility on site..exercise room..free wireless internet, home away from home. All in all, I would highly recommend! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

“Excellent plave to stay”

We needed a place that could accomodate our families and we wanted a place where we could cook our meals instead of always going out. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything that we needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful with any question or concern that we had. I would most certainly stay there again or suggest that someone stay there. It's a really nice hotel within walking distance to a mall!! You can't get any better than that.

I spent 4 nights at the Candlewood Suites- Crabtree November 2010. The staff is absolutely amazing and their friendliness and customer service better than I've experienced in 4 star hotels. Went out of their way to assist in any way possible. Love the "Candlewood Store" (open 24 hours) where you can purchase food, snacks, beverages and typical items a traveler may need. The fact that it's an honor system amazes me, and even moreso, that people were very honest about their purchases. Room was equipped with everything you would need, cooktop, dishwasher, basic dishes, pots, pans, full size refrigerator and DVD player. Comfortable bed, quiet area, but just two blocks to shopping, restaturants, and anything else you could possibly need. When I checked out the front desk staff was asking if I would be returning. When I told them I had just accepted a job in Virginia, they quickly looked up the name and number of one of their managers who has lived in the city I'll be residing in....said call her anytime and she'll be happy to give you information about the city/area - it wasn't about their hotel, it was about being helpful....and that they were. I will absolutely be going back......don't believe you can find accommodations and great customer service at such a reasonable price anywhere.

“Friendly, clean and cheap”

Kind of like staying at your grandma's house but with wi-fi. It might be a little old looking but the folks are friendly, the rooms are clean, free wi-fi in the rooms, a convenience pantry for things you forgot and there's even laundry machines, a workout room and business center. And the price was pretty good, too.

You can't beat this deal - the room had a full kitchen and was really nice - just off the main road so it was quite quiet

The hotel is great! The only pain is getting in and out onto the main road in town. Close to everything. Service was great!!! I would stay there again.
