Don't expect to work at the desk in your roomPosted May 28, 2015
Pros: not much.
Cons: adjustable desk chairs
"desk chair" and I use the term loosely, do not adjust up and down. Unless you play in the NBA, you will be holding your laptop on your lap. When we complained to the desk we were told that all rooms had the same non-adjustable chair. Unbelievable!

Not on weekendsPosted Apr 27, 2015
Cons: Perhaps instructions to late arrivals about hotel etiquette.
Location: Good location, close to everything you could want.
I rated this hotel two months ago, when I stayed on a weeknight, and gave it 5 stars, as it had been refurbished and was clean and quiet. I stayed this past weekend and sadly found many of the noise probems of the past. Late night arrivals (after 11:30 pm) who yell in the hallways. I was awakened at least 5 times by this type of neighbor. In the past, it seemed the hotel catered to underage sports teams and other large groups who apparently have yet to learn hotel etiquette. I will not being staying here again on a weekend. My stay was worth much less than the 4 stars I gave, but I feel bad because it isn't the fault of the staff. Basically, low rates, and you get what you pay for.

Nice surprisePosted Mar 4, 2015
I honestly booked this hotel as a last resort. We'd stayed there a few years back, and it was quite shabby, and seemed like more of a stopover for rowdy youth sports teams than couples or families. With limited options, we booked a suite for 3 days during a family gathering. We were very pleasantly surprised! The place had been updated, the suite was comfortable, the breakfast quite good, and the staff exceptional. No loud groups in the hallways either. Great experience. We will go back.

Nice Place Nice LocationPosted Feb 25, 2015 on Hotels.com
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Located near several different types of stores. The bathroom was small in that the door was only a couple of inches away from the toilet. The heater/ac unit was a bit noisy.
