“Will be going back”

This hotel was great. Very close to the airport in a nice neighborhood, very spacious rooms. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. I will be going staying there on my next visit to Raleigh. Very good value for the money.

“BAD CHOICE”

WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM WITH 2 Q BEDS AS REQUESTED BUT WHEN WHEN WE GOT TO OUR ROOM THE CURTAINS AND THE ROD WERE PILED IN THE FLOOR, THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ONE THERE WHO COULD FIX THE PROBLEM.. THEY SAID THEY HAD A FULL HOUSE BUT WE WERE OFFERED A ROOM WITH 1 BED AND A ROOM WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS. THIS ALSO WAS UNACEPTABLE BECAUSE WE HAD 2 GRANDDAUGHTERS WITH US. WE FINALLY TOOK THE ROOM WITH 1 BED BECAUSE IT HAD A SOFA BED BIG MISTAKE! WE FELT LIKE WE WERE SLEEPING ON THE SIDE OF A CLIFF. IT WAS AWFUL. THE TV IN THIS ROOM HAD BEEN REMOVED. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE NEXT NIGHT WE WOULD HAVE A BETTER ROOM WHICH WE DID, BUT WE FEEL THAT SINCE THEY HAD A FULL HOUSE THEY SOLD OUR ROOM FOR A HIGHER PRICE AND GAVE US A SUB STANDARD ROOM.

“Was booked to stay one night but stayed seven nights.”

I booked this hotel because of it's close location to RDU. I knew after a long day and evening of traveling I would not want to go far from the airport. I booked it for one night. We enjoyed being there, so instead of going on farther into the city for a different hotel, we wanted to stay right where we were. The room was very nice & the bed very comfy. The people there were very helpful and friendly. The first night we did have trouble finding it, we had to stop & get directions, but after seeing it in the daylight etc, we found our way around pretty easily. I would stay there again anytime I come to visit.

Area recommendations

There was an area the hotel suggested that was only a few miles at best. It was full of wonderful shops and places to eat. We went to that area several times.

“Not the bbrightest light”

Overall the usual charming place. The spa was not working, and the desk clerk had no idea it was broken much less what to do. He said there were no maintenance people on the weekend.. end of story.

“Great Airport Hotel!”

This hotel is one block from hotel and one block from the interstate. Chop House restaurant is next door. Felt safe. It is a very quiet hotel. Free parking. I was able to print my boarding pass from hotel computer. Will definitely stay there again.

Cary Town Center is a shopping area which is off exit 285 and 287.

“Great hotel in a convenient spot for all travelers flying in and out of Raleigh.”

I was extremely satisfied with the condition of the room for the price in which I got it for. It was a brief overnight stay but the hotel was clean with prompt service.
