Excellent staff (hotel) Starbuck staff not so good, received COLD coffee Room AC not working properly

Front desk gave me a great sushi restrant very helpful

Very clean hotel. Room smelled clean and bathroom was cleaned well. Staff was smiling when I arrived as well as courteous and helpful in answering all my questions and resolving issues. I would stay here again if I return to RDU area.

Rooms are updated and clean, lobby very sophisticated. My only complaint was that the sheets weren't very comfortable, we woke up sweaty and sticking to the sheets, it was hard to roll over. Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay.

Quiet hotel. Close to Interstate, restaurants, and gas stations. Room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I were in town for a film festival in Durham and decided to stay at the Courtyard Marriott by the airport. I have always enjoyed my stays at Courtyard so, I had no apprehension about this hotel. Just as I thought it lived up to my expectations and more. We had never eaten at the restaurants at the Courtyards and I was pleasantly surprised when we did. Their burgers were delicious and the sides that came with it were also. Next year when we return for the Film Festival we are definitely staying here. One more thing...I love the remodeling that they are doing at all the Courtyards. It has an asian feel that I like very much.

The best of the best!! Staff, atmosphere, lobby, spa/hot tub, room, food...all incredible! From the time I arrived till the time I departed..they could not have been more accommodating. Always a "thank you" and a "smile". I felt like I was staying at a five star resort in NYC, without the pretentiousness that one usually experiences. When I checked in, both Scott and Bianca were working the front desk in the lobby. They welcomed me and definitely set the tone for the rest of my stay; Marriott organization is fortunate to have them representing the hotel; I knew that after meeting them, my stay would be amazing. I stayed a week and did not want to go home. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner in their bistro (def not your run of the mill menus). Breakfast in a big comfy chair in front of a wide screen TV..ahhh, what can I say. I can't wait to come back for another week stay. KUDO's to Courtyards/Marriott in Morrisville, NC!!
