Elegant hotel room

Pros: Very clean, no smells of old smokers, mold, etc. Parking was easy and staff wonderful.
Cons: WiFi connection from room was difficult. Needed to connect from lobby first.
The room was one of the nicest that I've been in.

I was extremely disappointed. I booked a room for four adults. It said that on my reservations. Yet when it cam time for breakfast, I was only allowed to feed two adults and two children under 12. my reservations stated it was for four adults and for breakfast. Vernon at the desk tried his best. The manager, Charlotte would not speak to me and had him tell me she would not be giving me the other two breakfasts, even though my reservations were for four, and she said I could stay elsewhere. Thank goodness Hotels.com came through and gave me the money to pay for the other two breakfasts. I was so very frustrated. Just know that no matter what you pay for or see on your reservation, breakfast is only for 2 adults and 2 children under 12, even if you do not have children. Will never stay at this hotel again simply because of Charlotte not willing to help at all.
