“Nice motel for the money”
For the price, it was a great motel and very convenient to Chapel Hill.
“Great Location”
We loved the location. It was a very short drive to both Duke University and UNC. Also, there are so many restaurants and shopping withing walking distance.
“Wish they had a pool!”
Of course I picked the hotel with no pool during a heatwave. Would also have liked a discount for basketball camp. But overall a good clean hotel.
“Day's Inn - Best”
Best Day's Inn we've stayed at, and we've stayed at a lot of them. Nice and clean, good breakfast buffet, excellent location. There is a shopping center within a block with restaurants and interesting stores. A great place to stay in Chapel Hill.

Everything was perfect. The staff very helpful. We were running very late due to traffic problems. We arrived with about 10 minutes to get in our room, change and get picked up by local friends to attend a religious ceremony. Needless to say I was not in best form. And, I should have called ahead but forgot that we needed rooms near my brother & fathers' room so we could help care for my father during our stay. The attendant was quick and concise and made the change & check-in painless. We made it to the church on time.
“Great Hotel near UNC”
This hotel is very convenient to Franklin St, local restaurants, and UNC as well as 40/15-501. It was clean, easy to get to and I had no problems checking in. I would recommend this hotel.
“Great place to sleep”
If you just need a place to crash and don't plan on hanging around the hotel, this is a great value. Jim's BBQ around the corner is awesome NC BBQ.
“first time in NC”
very clean, spacious and comfortable room. friendly staff. conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. free continental breakfast with so much to choose from. for my first time visit to NC, i felt very welcomed and at ease with my stay at Days Inn Chapel Hill and recommend it to anyone.
