“Little extras”

We felt very welcomed on arrival and the desk clerk even gave us an extra cookie when he heard that our grandson was coming to visit us that evening. How sweet! The room was lovely and luxurious. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice rooms. Quiet. The staff made accomodations to make sure we had adjoining rooms. VERY comfortable beds.

“Great Experience”

first time staying with Double Tree and it was great. The warm chocolate chip cookies are a nice touch. Room was clean and new; staff was very pleasant.

“Loved It”

The hotel was very clean, the staff very helpful. As I am an early riser, I felt very comfortable going to the lobby to read so I would not disturb my daughter. There was always someone behind the lobby desk if I had any questions, and I felt safe to be in the lobby even at 4:30 in the morning which is huge. There was even coffee at that hour and that was great. We swam in the pool which was also very clean. There were plenty of towels, washclothes ect. It was quiet and peaceful. It was a great time and would highly recommend your hotel Cheryl

“Hotel stay for Hurricanes game - awesome!”

The hotel staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. Customer service is definitely a priotiy for this team. We had breakfast at the hotel and experienced an awesome omelet created by the chef. Fun staff and excellent chef! Highly recommended! The room was spacious and the bed was incredible! The chocolate chip cookies are delicious! Don't pass those up!

“We enjoyed our stay and recommend Double Tree !!”

We found two minor maintenance issues that required attention. We advised the staff and are confident that they will be addressed promptly. The staff was very helpful when we had some difficulty with the internet access. Our unfamiliar computer and not understanding the system were at fault, my bad.

“Not a 3.5 star hotel.”

The rooms all have a slight but distinct mildew-type odor. The building appears to be older/refurbished. This hotel was sort of a let-down from my previous experiences with Doubletree Hotels. Would probably avoid in future. Expedia rated this a 3.5 star hotel, but I think it is more in the 2.5 to 3 star range.

“Shop around in Cary, NC”

Having stayed at lot at Hiltons properties, this one was a little disappointing. The reception was not up to standards, the room was ok but small, smelled a bit musty and had no hair dryer. The shower had hair sticking to the wall tiles and the TP roll was loose in the wall. There are other competitively priced options in the area that also include breakfast.

service is very good, room is clean, however, the window ac unit is too noise. can't sleep well.
