Very nice, but lacking in maid service.

We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. The room was fine the first two nights, and on the last night, the maid never came to clean our room. We left by 11am that morning, and the do not disturb sign was NOT on the door. There were new towels, but the bed was never made, the sheets were not changed, carpets vacuumed or anything. We did call, but it was after 10pm when we arrived back. For the price, the room was nice, but service could have been better.

Needs a remodel!

First I waited in an extremely long line to check in, while watching the woman at the front desk argue with the guest. Then was very diasappointed to finally get to my 1980's room that had stains, a clogged sink, and dust all over that had me sneezing my entire stay. I had another long wait at the bar, just to get one drink. And when ordering food, it first came out completely wrong. However, they were quick to fix the mistake.

I booked adjoining rooms for my twins 10th birthday party and boy did the hotel go out of there way to make it special for them! Everything from the room size, the service, the cleanliness of the hotel, etc was fantastic. I'm so glad we went and look at hotels before booking. I would stay here again anytime!

It's a great place to meet up with friends and the lay out accommodates two adults with different schedules. The manager's house and cook-to-order breakfast make it so convenient to a weary traveler.

Comfortable bed, nice desk staff. Maid did not come clean & restock room. Restaurant was horrible - don't eat there if you can help it.

Fine stay for near Raleigh airport...

Stayed here for one night prior to an early flight. Double beds are really too small for two people. Hotel and furnishings show wear and tear. Breakfast was ok. Not sure if we would stay there again. Free shuttle to airport was appreciated.
