Good stay except for excessive noise

Handicapped accessible room.

We were placed in a handicapped accessible room. We are not handicapped, but we have a friend who is wheel-chair bound. We have some appreciation of her challenges in day-to-day living. The room was beautifully done, right down to the accessible curtain pulls. She would have loved it. Well done!

Nice hotel on main thoroughfare, Capital Boulevard

Location: Shopping at Triangle Town Center is a great experience.

Clean, Comfortable, Helpful Staff

Location: I wasn't familiar with Raleiigh; should have booked a room closer to North Carolina State University
All the comforts and convenience of home; room was clean everyday; wireless internet worked fine; free breakfast was langniape.

It was nice but you can tell it was a little dated..you can hear every little noise from the rooms next to you...I would stay again though

Renovation Mess

This hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation. If I had known about the renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. I arrived with reservation for 2 queen beds and was put in a room with 1 king. After talking w/ the front desk clerk he said he would upgrade me to a king suite. I said my reservation is for 2 queens. He said they were all sold out of queen rooms and appologize. I have never had anything like this happen at ANY hotel and I expect more from the Hampton Inn. In the end I was able to get that queen room but he stated that he would have to put another guest out of their queen suite. On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfy although the down feathered pillows were too flat.

No soap

The hotel ran out of bath soap. We had to go out and buy our own. Not what I expect for over $100.00 a night. Only a little thing but a big inconvenience.
