Pros: Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Cons: N/A
Location: There is a small shopping center very nearby that has a few chain restaurants and a couple of stores. It was very convenient.
We were looking for a clean, comfortable room that would accommodate us in a short distance from family.

Close to location & stores

Pros: Very close to where I was going and lots of stores near there. Easy access to major highways. The staff were very nice.
Cons: The elevator. They should have one on both ends of the hotel and they need more than one at each end. The only elevator kept breaking down.
Location: Near Wake Forest.
Overall the stay was very pleasant, but they were doing construction and the only elevator in the hotel kept breaking down. The room was clean and it had cable and wi-fi so I was happy about that. Overall, I didn't think it was worth the price.

After booking in advance, through Hotels.com,and receiving information, I arrived at the hotel to discover they had NO reservation for me !

Decent hotel in a very quaint town!

Pros: Staff was polite and friendly.
Cons: Time for some updates.
Location: Hotel is located in a nice area close to many of the activities in the area. Plenty of very good restaurants in town. Waterfalls/Park Area in town.
Staff was very polite and friendly! Hotel was fine although some updates would be very beneficial to the overall appearance in the rooms.

Got this on Expedia on a short notice and property was a good one and of standards expected from a Hilton property. Staff was great and very helpful.

Cleaning

We didn't get maid service for 2 days. Had to go get everything from the desk. The desk help was great and admin wa really good. Just bad room service.

Clean and Quiet...nice breakfast options.

We stayed overnight Sun., May 11th to May 12th. We had 3 rooms for my husband and I and additional family in town for my son's graduation from UNC. We chose this location as it was close to location of festivities on Sunday. Yvonne was great (very pleasant and helpful) when I called early in the day to be sure we had an adjoining room to ours but when we got there the front desk girl was confused and couldn't find our rooms and then tried to charge us again. She said she was having a very bad evening...our family sat and waited although we were extremely tired and wanted badly to get to our rooms. We never got the adjoining room and we were told the wrong room number for the suite and didn't have the heart to ask to change rooms with my elderly mother-in-law. That was all of the negative, though. The hotel was quiet, the rooms clean and the breakfast was plenty. Overall, a good stay.
