The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. On the 5th floor which was good. But the carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. Our bathroom was dated and the sink faucet was backwards. The shower handle did not work properly and you could not get the hot water to stay. Therefore cold shower. The towels were nice and the bedding was good. Overall this hotel is getting run down and needs some work and upgrades soon. We have stayed here for four years and it definitely has gotten run down.

Not up to Hilton expectations
Pretty disappointing as a Hilton property, will not stay here again, ever. Water leaked through the walls of the bathroom and soaked all of our bags that were on the floor next to the bed. Only water was scalding hot, terrible for a bath for our toddler. On the morning of checkout housekeeping decided to just walk into the room before 10:00 AM, no knock, no warning, just walked in on us getting dressed. The only pleasant part about this stay was the front desk and bar staff, they were top notch.

When we arrived at midnight the front desk person said there would be no hot water from 10-4 but didn’t offer any other type of compensation besides to go somewhere else… well it was midnight so I couldn’t find another hotel at that hour and my family was tired from flying all day. So I got up before 10am to try to shower before they turned the hot water off and low and behold there was no hot water. When I asked the front about it they swore up and down they weren’t shutting it off til 10 but that was not the case. So the next day again no hot water between 10-4 but no compensation offered. Again I got up at 6am to shower and still no hot water!! So at this point I’m being lied to. Finally I checked out of my reservation and still nothing was offered for the major inconvenience of not having any hot water even though I was up before the scheduled cut off time! I am pissed because I had to pay full price for a less than quality stay!!!!!

Clean and comfy… We brought our dog and they were very understanding when she had an accident in the elevator. They were quick to clean it up and didn’t make us feel bad about it at all.
