Stay was good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was ok but definitely could be better. The pillows were the worst of the whole stay. Staff and hotel itself was delightful.

NO electrical outlet in bathroom, NEVER has this happened in our lifetime what the hell??? Mattresses are old, have saggy uncomfortable areas, we slept POORLY, and trash cans are just too small

Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry that you were not happy with the pet fee however we do have to put the room out of inventory and special cleaning is applied, after reviewing other area hotels that are pet friendly we are the lowest in the market as some hotels charge 75, 100 or 150 for pet fees.

I don't like that the carpets are visibly stained. I'm cool with pets having one myself but they should put those guest in different rooms or carpet clean monthly

We do have a protocol quarterly for preventative maintenance on rooms as well as additional protocols for deep cleaning a room after a guest checks out with a pet. poor front desk reception and customer service had food delivered, front desk lost/misplaced it no folio or receipt of stay provided - front desk was not able to print, said they will email, which they never did. I called and chatted with online support multiple times, no help. hotel never sent the receipt. terrible service all over!! will not be staying at this hotel again.

This property is completely rundown and outdated. It needs many upgrades, including fresh carpeting, and a fresh coat of paint. When I was there only one elevator was working. There is a lot of traffic and volume of people. The property was rather noisy. I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly enough, but completely unhelpful and uninterested. Service was poor and there was construction going on outside our room. Also pool was under construction, would have been nice to know as we couldn’t swim.

They messed up my reservation, sent me to a room which was occupied by someone else. Then replaced my double queen with a king size room(3 adults). After I checked out, I realized the print out bill has other people's name with my credit card information. I stayed at this hotel before, had good experience. No idea why this time all messed up.

Just one issue with the hotel: the entrance isn't lit at all. I couldn't see the hotel as it sits behind a high bank. Please install lights in Miami Blvd.
