Jim, we are so very sorry to hear about the inconveniences you faced during your stay. Just a few notes: Hilton Garden Inn hotels do not have breakfast included with guest stays like many other Hilton brand hotels. Unfortunately this decision is made by Hilton themselves and is not up to us at the hotel level. During your stay the roof was undergoing necessary work which required us to block the main entrance for guest safety. That being said, the secondary entrance is only a few feet from the main doors. I understand that it can be difficult to navigate during construction but these factors are again, not in our control. I do hope you will give us another chance in the future

Expedia booked us for a room different from what we reserved. The hotel changed our room to a more suitable room, but we opened the door to an occupied room with a family in it. Since Expedia gave us the wrong room, we were forced to squeeze a cot into a room that was too small for it. We went out and came back to a cot shoved four feet into the room blocking the entranceway. Unlike most hotels of this caliber, the breakfast was not included in the price of the room. It was good, but not worth $50/day for 5 people. The pool was littered with dirty towels on every chair and on the floor. It didn't look like anyone had been in to clean it all day. The hotel is in a weird location not easily seen or accessible to the main road, despite having an address on the main road. The two positive items were that the staff was friendly and our room was clean and well-maintained.

Hotel is going through remodeling on some floors but we didn’t feel anything made us uncomfortable.room service was done every other day. Overall hotel was clean and staff were great.

This property is very nice and convenient. The only reason I took a star off is that it is under construction and is a bit dusty/fumey. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The HVAC system in the rooms was amazing. Pool was nice as well. The hotel is in walking distance from many food options. We would easily stay again if we are in the area.

violation of privacy soured me on this hotel
The room was clean and the lady working the front desk was very nice and friendly. The issues we had were the room key stopped working twice, I notice other people having the same issue and housekeeping came into our room hours before checkout time. We were in the process of getting dressed. This was absolutely unacceptable and I will not stay at this hotel again. I am contemplating further action based on this gross invasion of privacy.

Hotel is being remodeled, which I was not made aware of before making the reservation. Construction noise 8 AM - 6 PM. Construction dust throughout hotel although staff was making an effort to keep it cleaned up. One of two elevators was kept in reserve for remodeling work. Bed mattress was just OK. Mediocre breakfast was $14. All in all not a good value for the room rate.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Disappointed that there was no room service. It was advertised in 2 places. The Buffett was OK, fruit good, scrambled eggs cold at 7:30 am, juice did not taste like orange juice. Was very quiet even with renovations. The maid on the 3rd floor was awesome, even though she did not speak English - we figured out how to communicate!!

Staff and cleanliness was bad
I don’t know where to start, the lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t greet me. I’m guessing because I was black , since the next person was told where the elevator was and she greeted them with a smile and less attitude. And she looked at me as if I was at the wrong hotel. After leaving the room after 10 pm there was a salad bowl in the hallway and when we came back after 3am in the morning and it’s still there. We come to the elevator and it looks like blood on the floor. The man at the front desk with the white hair during the night shift was no better. We came to the front desk asking for towels and washcloths, he said how many and we said two. So we waited around so he didn’t have to bring them up and he keep saying I’ll get to you in a minute like we are bothering him waiting at the front desk for our towels , and we are saving him the walk. The staff was just rude, there could be better crew for clean up . With the prices at the Hilton hotels, I expect the quality to be better all around. However, I hope the employees are getting better training. This will be my last stay here , I have had other hotels with better service and cleaner facilities with better prices.

Not very impressed
Last minute soccer tournament trip so paid full price. Asked front desk if we could be close to other players room but was not even on same floor. Asked if we could go ahead and register for room about 1 hour early but was told we couldnt. Breakfast was not free as advertised, had to pay $10 per person. Overall hotel is a 2-3 star but service is lacking.

Jerry, I'm very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. When we have events like this, it can be very difficult to accommodate all guest requests, especially when a large group of guests all are requesting the same thing. We only have x amount of rooms on each floor, so if there aren't any rooms, there's nothing we can do about it. As for your request to check in early, we try our best to get our guests in the rooms in a timely manner, but check-in is at 3pm, and with checkout being at noon, Housekeeping works very hard to get all rooms turned over in that window, so while we're always happy to try to let guests in as early as possible, we cannot always guarantee it. I hope we get the opportunity to see you again soon.

Really false advertising. The place is incredibly outdated and they charge nearly $90 for a Pet fee! Don’t call yourselves pet friendly then. Not much good to say about this property at all.
