Hilton front end employees should be given a class on what questions are not polite to ask their customers during check in. For example, if they hear some accent and a customer upond asking tells that he or she came from New Jersey, don't ask where did they come from before NJ. The customer may think that this is not a welcome sign.
The other dissapointment was that a room safe did not work in the first assigned room, the good think the room was changed upon our request. Both rooms did not have a light switch at the entrance door and the guests have to go into completely dark room at night and look for the switch on the table lamp in order to get some light.
Another surprise was that rooms are not being serviced during the stay.
It appears that the houskeeping in the hotel needs to be requested 12 hours in advance. Ice machine did not produce ice, only noise was coming out of it.
My advise: avoid this hotel. I am surpised Hilton has its name on it.
