“Amazing Hotel”

I was so impressed by this hotel! Clean, conveniently located but what blew me away was the kindness, courtesy and help of the front desk staff - specifically Amanda and Jeff (Holiday Inn, please take note). They took the time to draw me a map of the area so I could find fall foliage in the brief 90 minutes I had of daylight left, they came up with post cards to remember my time in NC, reminded me that cookies were available in the evening, the next day at check out, told me some more places I should try and see if I had time after my meeting and before the airport. Always with smiles and GENUINE caring. The room was comfortable, but they sold me on returning which I will next meeting.

“We'll Be Back!”

We had a great stay at Chapel Hill-Holiday Inn Express! We do not have anything negative to say. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Loved the fresh baked cookies, full hot complementary breakfast and clean rooms. We can't wait to return!

“Great Location, High Class Quality”

The hotel is in a great location. Close to Raliegh, the airport and Chapel Hill. Easy to get to dining and site seeing as well as the local colleges. It's front entrance was hard to see but that was the only negative, but we found this hidden jewel.

“Worse staff I've every delt with.”

Very unprofessional staff and didn't really care about you or any of the issues you were having. I would never stay here again it was by far the worse experience I've ever had.

“Can't wait to go back”

This hotel had excellent service, clean and comfy rooms, and very friendly staff. The location of this hotel was perfect for our trip as it was centrally located to Chapel Hill, Durham, Southpointe shopping mall, and the airport. This was our first trip to Chapel Hill, North Carolina and had an excellent experience! Would definately recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Chapel Hill!!
