“Great Hotel near everything”

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times and will continue to on future trips to Raleigh. The Staff are fantastic! The location is near shopping restaurants and nightlife. The room service is delicious and prompt. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall this is well worth what you pay!!

“Fine but work to do”

A reasonable priced hotel with a good Cafeteria/Bar and very well located. Personnel is courteous, but there is room to improve in efficiency. It took the receptionist more than usual to register two rooms that had been prepaid weeks in advance.

“Will never stay again”

This is my first online review of anyplace I have traveled or visited. I felt the need to write solely because of the rudeness, and frank lack of professionalism displayed by the front desk staff. I'm not a complainer, but when you wait hours and hours to check in (well after the posted 3pm time) and have to visit the front desk many times to see if your room is ready, there is something wrong. I will never stay at Holiday Inn Crabtree again. Taking my business up the street somewhere else from now on...

“Not good value”

The hotel is ok - the room felt tired and dated. The staff was extrememly friendly and helpful. I would not stay again because of the price of the room vs. the condition of the room - either lower the price or upgrade the room.

“Decent hotel”

The room didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave so I called the front desk and told them that I needed to store baby food. They promptly sent a small refrigerator to my room.

Quick check in and out. Courteous staff-very helpful. Great central location for Raleigh-Durham area. Good shopping and restaurants just across the street at Crabtree Valley Mall.
