Wonderful visitPosted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: Its location
Cons: Nothing that I could see, I thought it was a well run place. I could see where they had already done some improvements but the decor was great
Location: We walked and enjoyed the 3 museums, a great Imax theater at Marbles, we ate at a great Irish pub with music.
We found the hotel within walking distance of the capital, the museums and several wonderful restaurants and brew pubs. We felt perfectly safe walking the streets of Raleigh. At night we had a beautiful view of the city lights.

Good LocationPosted Dec 22, 2014
Location: The area is spread out but it was an easy walk to bars, restaurants and downtown Raleigh.
The Holiday Inn in Raleigh is well situated. Good experience. Only unfortunate issue was that we did not receive housekeeping. (Must acknowledge that our "Do not disturb" was displayed but only for 1 hour ( 9 to 10 am)

I've stayed at this hotel for business purposes on a number of occasions. My room being placed on the same floor as a high school basketball team that literally was up running the halls until 3 a.m. made this particular experience very disappointing.

Very convenient. Able to walk to bars, restaurantsPosted Dec 7, 2014
Hotel has been remodeled and name changed since our last stay. I was impressed with the changes. The only up grade change I would recommend is the towels. The bath towels seem basic compared to the upgrades.

Didn't want to drive back after competitionPosted Nov 24, 2014
It was very nice and clean. Great location. Wished for refrigerator and safe in room. Bathroom area didn't offer privacy but it's fine. I'm not complaining about it. Very nice restaurant upstairs. Need some more movers and shakers to liven up the place. It was a decent experience though.

Great Staff, Great LocationPosted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: The staff is hands down world-class. Also, the dining on the top level of the building makes for a killer breakfast and dinner view.
Cons: It would be nice if there were a pool at this particular location. Other than that everything is great.
Location: You are right across the street from The Burough, which has incredible and unique food.
The hotel is simple but clean and fully equipped. From check in to check out, I had a restful and great experience while on business here in Raleigh.

Easy parking in the heart of downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice view from the top floor restaurant. Reasonable price.
