This was a pretty great property, I just had one complaint about their evening front desk employee (Candis) she was dismissive, disinterested, and frankly, rude. One evening I came down to the desk to ask about a drinking fountain on the property to fill my water bottle (I had already looked in the gym) and got a "shrug" and a "nope" and barely anything else. My check-in experience with her wasn't much better. I work in customer service and I am in hotels all over the country every week. I didn't get a smile or anything helpful out of this employee and it doesn't match with the IHG brand
