This was a pretty great property, I just had one complaint about their evening front desk employee (Candis) she was dismissive, disinterested, and frankly, rude. One evening I came down to the desk to ask about a drinking fountain on the property to fill my water bottle (I had already looked in the gym) and got a "shrug" and a "nope" and barely anything else. My check-in experience with her wasn't much better. I work in customer service and I am in hotels all over the country every week. I didn't get a smile or anything helpful out of this employee and it doesn't match with the IHG brand

Housekeeping & staff are great. The room was cleaned daily and was always clean with new towels etc. I like the location as well as it is close to NC state.

Our stay was great. Check-in was smooth, got our warm cookies on arrival. It was quiet, the room was very clean, house keeping did a great job every day. I would stay here again.

We liked the accessibility of the location. I found some hairs in the floor when I arrived and it was a bit noisy but as expected, as it’s by Capital Blvd. I also didn’t like how they have listed on here that you can check out by noon but expected to have checked out by 11 am. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Our housekeeper was phenomenal! Her name started with a “M” The cleanliness of the property was impressive, especially the gym! However, the restaurant evening menu was disappointing.(but the staff was very nice!) Their options were decent for a small chain hotel but hardly nothing was available. They had maybe 2 items available out the entire menu. So, we decided to skip breakfast for it may have been just as disappointing. But I could be wrong. Front desk didn’t have any restaurant suggestions, but they were inviting and always very pleasant. My check in process was expeditiously done which was appreciated after a long flight. 0verall our stay was great. I hope you all enjoyed the King Cake!🎭

I mentioned Netflix being out they said they were going to fix it the next day and didn’t. Even sent me a letter to beware someone would be there to fix it and no one showed. Not a terrible hotel just need to do what was said they were going to do! Internet was really slow and I had to use my hot spot but service wasn’t great either!

Very unsatisfied was totally satisfied with the room but as far as the service I will never stay there again. Was charged $300 for smoking fee and no one smoked in the room. There were people standing outside the entrance smoking as you enter their building so smoke is going to get on you. It is not a crime to smoke outside and then go into your room and lay down to go to sleep. Especially when you have employees smoking all over your property. Check the cameras.

Horrible shady hotel
Got to the hotel with my family only to find that one of the employees had switched my reservation that was already paid for to someone else name. The person was already in the room she continued to ask if I’m sure it was that location the manager seen it had been switched out and stated they had to accommodate me and my family after the other employee continued to say they were completely booked and no rooms available. They end up accommodating me by taking a room from a service member who was scheduled to check in and said they would worry when he got there. Horrible and shady business felt very uncomfortable. I received the how was your check in text while en route and ignored it thinking it was automated. Whole time someone was getting a free 2 night stay on my expense. Also housekeeping was complimentary by request only but the audacity to leave a gratuity envelope and they didn’t touch the room smh. The tv did not work said no internet access luckily my kids had their iPads. Felt like I was staying at the motel 6.
