Hotel was clean. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Easy to get an Uber. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can easily walk to mall from hotel. Great Mexican restaurant right next door.

The property unfortunately needs updating. We stayed in two bedroom suite, needed windows open due to heavy must smell. No where to really just hang out as large crowd unless in dining style chairs. Outside was very dirty, it is the spring, and I know there was heavy pollen, but it was never cleaned off and able to sit on due to it being so incredibly dirty. We were just unfortunately disappointed in our stay, your staff and personal, however our wonderful and extremely kind and friendly.

The bedding from the previous guest was still on the bed. That was a real turnoff. When I went to the front desk to advise the young woman she did not seem surprised at all. As a matter of fact, she was having a conversation on the phone and told the person on the phone “obviously the F’ing sheets in 106 weren’t changed. I walked away and she sent maintenance to change them.

The hotel needs a renovation badly! Elevators squeak while in use and the doors stall to open. The carpet in the hallways is old and shows faded stain removals; the tubs in the bathrooms are very outdated; haven't seen tubs that old in hotels in years. Not worth the $201 spent to stay.

Location was perfect, and staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing as there were stains in the carpet and bathtub/shower had mold and stains in the tub.

After paying $200 for one night I expected a place that would have been kept up a lot better. This hotel is filthy, there’s only one elevator being used, & it sounds like it’s about to break down at any moment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

We liked the beautifully planted terrace. The morning breakfast staff was very nice and friendly, as were the maids. The front desk, however, not so much. Not friendly, AT ALL and couldn't really answer questions about the area. "Google it", is not a response.

We were very disappointed after traveling 4 hrs Arrived after check in and were still told we would need to wait 20 minutes for our room. We had to wait almost one hour in lobby with people who brought a pit bull to stay at the hotel. We asked for some of our stay to be reduced cost due to the fact we could not check in for time that we were paying for and told they would not do this due to Expedia reservation. We were sent to a sister Hilton hotel and even worse situation. Finally were able to stay at a 3rd hotel. Unacceptable situation!! Staff was able to cancel the booking at the desk....so they could have then rebooked under regular reservation enabling them to discount our stay for us. We would not stay here again.

Carpets needed cleaning. Staff was just non-challant. There were no usb ports in the room anywhere - they can update this feature. For a room to sleep in, it’s just ok - linens were clean. I’ve stayed at other Homewood Suites, but this one needs updating.

Very Nice!
The Homewood Suites was perfectly located near Crabtree Valley Mall and the 440 beltway. The suite was spacious and the kitchen had all modern appliances with cookware and utensils. The Homewood Suites also provided a nice hot breakfast that included omelettes,potatoes, and sausage links. The staff provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this Homewood Suites!

My family and I always enjoyed staying at Homewood suits. This stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to others. We looked forward to the dinner night but found out that this was changed to a social night, which we still enjoyed.

We loved the space, and the additional TV’s. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I wish there had been a blanket in the closet, since we prefer not to turn on the heat.

This Homewood Suites seems worn and dated. The rooms all have popcorn ceilings, and the hallways have worn carpet and peeling baseboard. The people at the front desk are lovely and very kind, and the breakfast was plentiful. But the hotel badly needs an update. Our shower did not work at all. We will not stay here again, primarily because it needs renovating. Hilton can do better.
