Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast spread had a lot of options and the food was very good.

Nice hotel, but the location is not.

We had a three night stay and the hotel was nice and the room was clean. Location leaves something to be desired. We will not stay agian at this hotel due to this.

Would use again and again

Staff was superb, room was VERY nice for the price point. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I've had at a hotel (and free). Easy parking, access to highways. Was down for NCAA Regional Basketball games. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Relaxing Break

Posted Mar 29, 2014
We went to Raleigh for a relaxing, chill 3 days. From the moment we walked into the Midtown Hyatt, it was wonderful. Our room was incredibly clean and smelled good (always a plus)! The rooms are really spacious. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast had a good variety, and the free wifi was nice! I will be back!

Birthday treat

Posted Mar 27, 2014
Pros: Clean and quiet environment. My room reminded me of an alcove studio w/a kitchenette. Also, complimentary WiFi and breakfast buffet.
Cons: Breakfast was disorganized and busy w/small dining area. No room service, you order for pick-up and the food and quantity not worth the price.
Location: Go-cart racing at Frankie's. Sushi and calamari at CowFish. Shop CrabTree and North Hills Mall. $4 SteaknShake menu, try mint cookies n cream shake
Stayed in Raleigh, NC for a change of scenery, and to celebrate my birthday with old and new friends.

Great place to stay in Raleigh.

Posted Mar 25, 2014
Pros: Comfortable, clean, pleasing décor.
Cons: Fitness center could have strength and other equip. Better coffee for 4.75 a cup
Room was clean, hotel staff friendly, nice décor. Breakfast was good. Fitness center had functioning cardio equip but no weights. They offer 24 hour starbucks coffee but it's not brewed (it's the VIA kind) and it's 4.75 a cup. Skip the starbucks.

Convenient.

Posted Mar 14, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Room design.
Location: Airport close by.
Nice location for our purposes. We reserved a double room. The room was poorly designed in that the sink area was outside of the shower/toilet area; but was located at the foot of the beds so that if two people were in the room, and one was an early riser, the light from sink area completely illuminated the sleeping area.

Loved it!

Posted Mar 4, 2014
The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The only disappointment was getting a double instead of a king. Breakfast was amazing as was the staff. This is the best place to stay in Raleigh!

Nice, clean hotel, convenient location.

Hotel was very nice and especially clean. Staff was helpful, even after accidentally ordering a movie, they quickly removed it from my bill. Great breakfast buffet, and very convenient location to Raleigh and Cary venues.
