“Make sure your room reservation is guaranteed.”
Did not get 2 double beds like I asked when we reserved and paid for room. Football players recieved 1st choice and took our bed. I even called in advance to say we were going to be late arrivals. No one commented on us losing our double beds. Kids had to sleep on floor and hospitality was not good at all. I thought that I would get a discount, but desk help was not help at all. I even had my reciept with 2 double beds guaranteed on it.
“Not up to standards”
Was charged for concierge service, but the hotel did not offer on the week-end. Hotel not up to Marriott standards.
