Not a great experience

The toilet was broken, then it flooded , the rugs were drenched and weren't steam cleaned after, the room was filled with a horrible stench after. The tub was very slippery , the ice machine on third floor was broken.

The room needs new beds carpets needs updating no extra amenities there to make you come back again. I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends

We arrived about 6:00 pm and were told our room was not ready due to housekeeping staff not arriving. We checked in later and noted the hallway carpet was filthy, room carpet was decrepid. Sometime during the evening, a group of very noisy people checked in to a room across the hall from us. In the morning, we discovered that the shower did not have hot water. A very poorly run, disgusting place.

Attended a musical show in Raleigh. We arrived around 10:30 and were assigned room 104. My wife and I went to the room and upon opening the door were greeted with a disagreeable odor. The lampshade was on the bed. We looked at each other and both concluded that we could not endure a stay in this room. We went back to the night clerk and told her we could not tolerate the smell. She issued a credit and we drove back to our home.

At arrival front desk clerk offered that there was only 1 room left with out heat. It took several minutes to convince him that I had a reservation. The room smelled musty and there was several spots that looked like water damage on the ceiling. Bed wAs a king mattress on a queen frame.

The had places in ceiling that needs work the wall also, then the room smells of smoke someone left cigarette but in trash can
