Close to UNC, Research Triangle,

Pros: Very friendly staff and they let me check in before 3pm. Accommodated everyone from students at UNC, patients from hospitals and construction workers.
Cons: The bathroom could probably be fixed up a bit. The entire hotel could use a little "sprucing up".
Locked out of room due to faulty "key". Staff very nice. Coffee good. Breakfast food not so. Bathroom very worn. Bed really comfortable

good for short stay

Pros: cleaness and convenience.
Cons: the Air condintioning is way too loud to me
the room is clean which is very important to us. Staff is professional. However, the air condintioning is toooo loud during the night.

The staff member that we dealt with was the rudest most unprofessional person we have ever had.

This was just a place to crash for the night, and I'm glad that I didn't have to spend much more time here. I found the room lighting difficult to change, and the bathroom definitely had some distracting signs of wear and tear. Door looked like the lock had been messed up at some point, which is never encouraging.

Booked a King and got a twin bed.

Pros: The Staff tried their best
Cons: Old tried room, bed, etc. Don't stay here.
Location: Just on business
We booked a King, non-smoking and got a twin smoking - it stank. Last room left -they said. The bed was a "trough". Didn't get what we ordered or paid for - at the point we were at when we checked in a 7pm - we had no real choice.

Inconsiderate neighbors

My only complaints would be that I had to park my car in the next lot from my building because the group of workmen that were staying there took multiple spaces with their large trucks and they were very noisy at 3am when they returned from their evening out.

Not what I expected

The hotel room was not properly supplied. We had no towels, washcloths, nor a shower curtain or soap. Desk clerk was only person there (it was after 9pm) and we had to go back down to the lobby to get the missing items and hang my own shower curtain as I declined moving to another room-- Room was clean, however.
