Friendly staff! Breakfast must have more items. Very limited vegetarian options. More cut fresh fruits and waffles will be a good add on.

Loved the balcony/patios on each room. The free breakfast is delicious. Has the cutest bar, piano , fireplace area. The gazebo area is so cute too! Great service from all employees

We arrived late in the day and the girl at the front desk pulled out her phone to find us a restaurant that was still open! That was so nice though we opted for a snack in the sundries shop off the lobby. Very convenient. Todd's breakfast was hot and excellent plus he's a friendly and courteous host. Great stay!

The rooms were not clean at a all, stains on the sheets and towels, and many of the exterior doors didn’t shut properly meaning any stranger could let themselves into the hotel without a card, and without going through the front desk. Room service knocked on our door with a do not disturb sign on and continued to try to enter, before checkout time. Front desk was friendly night and day.

The pictures and reviews do wonders for this property honestly. I wouldn’t stay here again to be honest but it served its purpose as a place to sleep for the weekend while visiting Raleigh. It’s central to everything we did and was only about a 10 minute drive no matter where we went and the area the hotel is in is safe but the hotel is dated. When we arrived, the first room they put us in smelled like there had been a cat in there, which is fine, I get people travel with animals but the room smelled like cat urine and so did the bedding. The front desk staff was very nice and moved us immediately and the second room was much better and didn’t smell but the beds were very hard and and the lights flickered everytime they turned on like they were struggling to turn on. The shower also sputtered a lot when it was starting like there wasn’t enough water pressure. Like I said, overall it served its purpose but with it being so close to a college and a major city and a major sporting/concert venue and for the price we paid for 2 nights, I expected a nicer stay.

Within walking distance to PNC arena 20 minute walk, saved $50 on parking. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Older property but very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Please avoid this hotel save your money. The grounds are not kept up. Entire place smells like an ashtray. Bed pillows are couch pillows in pillow cases. Best part you'll definitely get lots of entertainment from the guest's all hour's of the night.

Very convenient for our needs. We had tickets at PNC arena and we're able to walk to and from, without having to fight traffic and parking. Room was clean and the mattress was just right for us. I will stay here again for any of my PNC arena activities.
