“Home away from home”

Would definitely stay again. We were in town putting on a fund raising dinner. It was good to have extra space in our room, esp the living area and kitchen and to be able to enjoy the spa & pool to relieve the stress. Staff very friendly, the full breakfast a welcome surprise. Our room and bed were very comfortable. The whole experience was like being at home. We even walked around the lovely property for some exercise. I've done lots of events and stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels. I would pick the Residence Inn Midtown again.

“Book here you will not regret it”

This is the nicest hotel I've ever seen. It's set up like a small neighborhood of 2 story buildings rather than one large building with a bunch of rooms. The room we stayed in was a split level loft and for the price we paid it was incredible. Tons of space, fully loaded kitchen with everything you could ask for, guest bed was a real mattress not some rickety fold out couch bed, the showers were a monument to perfection. It was like a top quality apartment, I could stay at a place like this for weeks and never miss home. Room service options are extensive, there is a gym, tennis court, pool and I think a basketball court as well. Equally important as everything previously mentioned, the staff were as friendly and helpful as one could ever desire. We didn't want to leave this place and we plan on returning - soon!

“Great hotel for the whole family”

Professional and very pleasant staff. They are always ready to help customers. There was a special lady who greeted us always with a smile. Her name is Eli. She helps with breakfast and dinner. She is a very kind person and an excellent employee.

“Great stay for vacation”

It was just awesome, thats all I can say. Im not to happy, that I can't use cash to add another night to my stay. If that was fixed. It was perfect

“Awesome Deal, The place to stay in Raleigh!”

We were upgraded without requesting, basically the room turned out to be a two bedroom condo complete with a fire place on the 1st fl as well as a full kitchen with real appliances. The night we were there they were serving a free pot roast dinner complete with beer and wine. We regretfully missed the dinner due to the fact that we had tickets for the Carolina Huricanes at the RBC Center which is only 15 minutes away. Once we returned from the game we able to enjoy a beer in the lobby/lounge. Breakfast the next morning was free as well and was probably the best free breakfast this business traveler ever had at any hotel chain. If i had to find one negative thing to say it would be minor at worst in that there were numerous bees that hovered around the gutter area of the units so you had to be careful not to let one in your unit when you opened the door. Aside from that, just a great experience ! If you're traveling with children you/ve got to stay here as the separate bedroom complete with full bathroom and tv in the loft will give mom and dad some well deserved down time. In my opinion and that of my fellow business associates there is no other option in Raleigh for the price !

“Excellent Experience”

We were travelling with our 2 preschool aged children so the kitchen was the selling point for us. The room was clean and fully functional for our needs. The hotel was also perfectly located for our trip. It was very central to shopping and highways. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

“A Home away from Home”

l stayed in a two-bedroom suite. This hotel was exceptional. I felt right at home in this place. The full kitchen was almost like my own at home with a full-sized refrigerator and stove and even a dishwasher. I love how the bedrooms each had their own bathrooms. I also loved the privacy of the room downstairs. I went home and told everyone about this hotel and when traveling, I will always look for this particular brand of hotel.

“Pleasant Experience”

We had a very pleasant experience on our trip. Even though the weather was rather gloomy, the room was large enough that the family could enjoy their own shows and space. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants as well.

“An absolute delight!”

I loved this hotel. I am from California but my husband is from Raleigh. We picked this hotel because it had all the comforts of home 3,000 miles away. We had our 4 and 2 year old daughters with us and they loved everything about the hotel. Thank goodness they had good channels for kids. The beds were so comfy! I was worried about the blankets but they weren't cheep motel blankets, they were clean and crisp and very inviting. All of my husbands family live in Raleigh and they had never heard of the hotel and didn't believe it was a hotel when they found it. It is tucked away in a beautiful area and looks more like town houses then anything else. Great location! Right off of the 440 and North Hills Mall is right around the corner. Shopping, and dinning all within a close distance. I will defiantly take my family back. Everything worked great and I all most didn't want to leave. Great for family or couples. Thumbs way up!!
