Exactly as advertised

Pros: Beds are very comfortable. Staff accommodating. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast.
Cons: The bathrooms could be upgraded (with larger vanities) and the TV signal could be Hi-Def. The Wi-Fi signal was a little slow.
Location: 5 minutes to downtown Chapel Hill and (in the opposite direction) to every Big Box store in the Triangle.
This is a clean, comfortable mid-range hotel with very accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. The bathrooms could use an upgrade, but are clean and functional. The TV system is low-def signals on a hi-def box. So it goes.

Wonderful Stay!

Cons: Nothing!
The Hotel was excellent! Hotel staff was very helpful. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on and breakfast buffet in the Hotel Restaurant 1663 was excellent well worth the extra price.

Excellent hotel

The Sheraton Chaoel Hill is a wonderful clean, updated hotel with a staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay here memorable. From check in through check out, from front desk staff, to restaurant and bar staff, to housekeeping every single interaction with employees was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend the Sheraton Chapel Hill.

Very good hotel. However, I was misinformed by the front desk person about the green option. I was told that if I chose not to have the sheets and towels changed, my room would still be cleaned. It wasn't cleaned, what upset me a lot. They should be clearer about how the system works.

The stay was nice. The rooms are very small and the tube was not clean. I would not recommend this hotel for a big family. Nice for a single person or two people.

Pros: Staff was awesome. Front Desk, Leo in Maintenance, Room service, Tameka in Housekeeping! People were fantastic.
typical Sheraton. People were fantastic. shuttle will drop you off and pick you up anywhere in Chapel hill so if you want to have a couple of drinks for dinner and not worry about driving this is the place to go! Best staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. Outstanding service!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, no front desk help!

The customer service is horrible! I set 2 wake-up calls, neither of them came through. Luckily, I set my phone. When I told the front desk, they weren't concerned, didn't apologize, and never raised my concern to management. The next day, I ordered breakfast, and it never came. I called down 20 minutes after it was Suppossed to arrive, and the front desk said they would check. I never heard back, my food never came, and when I went downstairs to ask, they said the kitchen was on it's way. I still never got an apology, never received my breakfast, and didn't hear from a manager or front desk person regarding a remedy.
