Leisure trip. Great location.

Pros: Friendly staff. Nice soap/shampoo provided in room. clean.
Location: Close to malls, restaurants, and I40.
Weekend trip to Chapel Hill/Raleigh area. Hotel was very nice with easy access to I40. Staff was very helpful and rooms were quite nice.

Very nice hotel, and would recommend to anyone.

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff.
Cons: None so far.
Location: Didn't get to do much as I was there for a 24 hour surgery follow up; however, would stay at this hotel again if in the Durham area.
I was visiting from Fort Bragg ... for surgery in Durham and needed a hotel to stay for a 24 hour follow up. When I got there, the staff was welcoming and everything was just so great, especially room service. Would go back again for sure.

Noisy guests

The hotel was nice but we had a bad experience with noisy guests outside our hotel room (116) until midnight.

Stayed only 1 night and could not turn on the fan in the room sounded like an air plane taking off.

Sheraton Imperial Hotel

The holt is very nice and the amenities are up-to-date. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking somewhat lost in the lobby later in the day during my stay. The gentleman who checked me in actually called me by name and asked if I needed something. I was impressed that he had made the effort to remember my name even though he had checked in a lot of people. I attended a function at the hotel. The food was superb and the waitstaff did an excellent job. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Enjoyed every minute. The food was great and the prices were very reasonable! The room was amazing. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.
