The unique design in the lobby, restaurant, common spaces and walls were both magical and tasteful. Good vibes, great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Loved the softt basketballs & basketball court on the 2nd floor. Had fun playing.

Good location but only coffee available at breakfast time, no food, which Id never heard of. Bar was closed due to a private function, so no facilities in hotel available and only the chair in reception as seating.

Love The Graduate! Great location, wonderful staff… just a fun hotel to stay at! Wish they served full breakfast in attached Trophy Room… but they do have coffee, and it’s a nice place to relax with a drink in the evening.

generally not a bad hotel with a handy location. However, we booked on the premise that there was a bar for our family to meet up, but this was closed for a private function without any warning on check in, which was a bit awkward

All good but the in room coffee need some improvement. Instant coffee just isn’t a good touch. They need a brewed alternative. Other than that, the place was very nice

Look out for the amenity fee. $25. Supposedly get a couple of waters and a couple of coffees. Another grotesque effort to cheat people out of more money. 27 dollar self parking fee too.

Great property. Price is doable on an off-weekend in Chapel Hill, but many times it just too pricey/not a good value to me. It may be to others. All staff, amenities, facilities, and services were excellent. Location is one of the 3 best in Chapel Hill. The not-tacky, but fun UNC touches are great. Love the plush-ball basketball court and balls. Two things that I would change are 1) to reduce parking to a more "normal" $20.00/night and 2) upgrade and raise wall sockets for those who have items they need to plug into the wall sockets. Should not have to move furniture to plug into wall socket. Overall: A

Location cant be beat and the hotel is kitchy cute! Comfortable and clean. Thought the parking price was costly and not much customers service, but oberall a very nice place.

We were upgraded to the Junior King suite. The room was spacious and clean, the balcony was unbelievably large, and the bed was super comfy! The size of the bathroom was great, with a huge triple area shower head choice. My only suggestion would be for the shower heads to be soaked in something like white vinegar or CLR to clear the buildup that is blocking the spray nozzles, and for an increase in water pressure. The idea of the multiple spray heads and jets was great, but the lack of water pressure did not allow them to function properly. The staff at both the front desk, and the restaurant/bar area, were friendly and helpful! We ordered takeout from Uber Eats, and cookies from Insomnia, and the young lady working at the front desk even went so far as to call the room to make sure we received all our deliveries. Overall, the decor of the hotel was awesome! We loved the UNC theme, and the proximity of the hotel to several restaurants along Franklin Street. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Cute and eclectic. Would be nice if rooms were appointed with better coffee, ice buckets and easy access, more than a single can of water for 3 people. Great location. Very friendly staff.

Terrible bed and worse pillows- hard as a rock. Not much sleep due to this. Few amenities- Bar only open at night. Expensive parking. Very good access to the university though.
