my last bad experience
as already reviewed in Google, bad experience, no hot water, two separate beds ! i used to a perfect stay but this time that was negatively surprising !

This hotel is the best in Ramallah! Ive stayed here many times cause its close to everything and staff is very helpful with sites to see and transportation! The hotel has restaurant cafe that has delicious food.The hotel was recently rennovated with very nice decor and vibe! Its walkable, very safe, and great balcony views of the city.The Ramallah park and municipality across the street that have beautiful music playing at night and waterfountain and performances...This is the best place to stay for anyones need in Ramallah!

Great centrally located hotel in Ramallah!
The Royal Court is a great option when staying in Ramallah. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view! The staff is extremely helpful in helping you navigate the area. The breakfast buffet was also very nice with multiple options. There is also a number of nice restaurants within walking distance. I definitely recommend staying at the Royal Court while in Ramallah!

Great base in Ramallah
I was in Ramallah for work for 6 days and Royal Court was perfect! The staff was friendly, professional and took amazing care of me. It was easy to get around the city from here, grab a taxi, they had reliable WiFi, the cafe downstairs was perfect to work out of, even late night, with a cute fountain show across the street at city hall. I like hotels with character and was worried this wouldnt have it but it did have personality! I had a premium room that was gorgeous & very comfortable

The best hotel to stay at in Ramallah.
The best hotel to stay at in Ramallah. The front desk team is amazing, so very helpful. The location is unbeatable, in the center of town, walk up the street to lots of shops and restaurants. The best part is that there is a café there called Vintage, that has a very California hipster feel that is filled with people working, chatting and hanging out and the food there is terrific. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Ramallah. Though the rooms could use with some updating, just used them to sleep.

Modern luxury hotel in the heart of Ramallah.
Spectacular hotel in the center of the city with a great staff attentive to all your needs. It is walking distance to all the attractions in Ramallah including the bustling downtown area as well as the Arafat Museum just a few short blocks away. Rooms are very comfortable and my two stays there in different rooms both had balconies and beautiful views of the city. Breakfast buffet is included and was quite delicious! Finally, the main bus station is also just a few blocks away for easy access to Jerusalem and other tourist destinations.

Modern hotel in a great neighborhood.
Amazing Modern hotel set in a bustling neighborhood full of shopping, activities and just a short couple of blocks to the Old City of Jerusalem. Spacious room with huge balcony as well as an enormous roof deck with views of the whole city. I loved the neighborhood as you get transported back in time and see how the locals live and go about their daily routines. Easy access to all Jerusalem as the bus station is just down the street as well as The Garden Tomb.

The staff is EXCELLENT always there 24/7 ready to help The location of the hotel is the best in Ramallah! It is closed to walking distance to everything. It is great to have Vintage restaurant right there and Sangria next door! .

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past five or six years. It is located very near to the heart of Ramallah -- all within easy walking distance. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Bar/restaurant attracts a lively local clientele, and servers are very competent and speak excellent colloquial English. Altogether a pleasant, welcoming environment offering a comfortable stay.

Central, warm service - a little worn
All in all, for a single bed the size of the room was more than adequate, everything worked and the worktop space to put things on was great and very useful. It was just the small things that niggled - it was cold for the first couple of days until the heater managed to catch up, the sheet didn't quite fit the bed leaving the mattress exposed after a night's sleep (unhygienic?), there's no distinction between smoking or non smoking rooms so there was a distinct smell of smoke (and damp to be honest - probably the cold), the blackout blind had a tear in it so the flashing, electronic billboard was visible at night and the door didn't quite fit so it needed slamming every time you went in or out. Would I stay again? Yes, possibly. It's well located, the people are lovely and friendly, the breakfast (what I had of it) was fine and I felt safe at all times - I might just check a few things before booking though. Other than that I look forward to going back

Here on business. Location is right across the street from the beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable - bed, towels, pillow, etc. Highly recommend it!

Convenient and pleasant
Walkable both to al-Manara and the Old City area, and very close to lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast is good quality, both Arab and Western food. Rooms are comfortable and clean (the singles are a bit small, but well appointed). I'd definitely stay there again on future trips.

Nice, clean hotel in great location
The staff was very helpful, the room very clean. The veranda a real plus. Easy to meet people at the hotel cafe. I thought this hotel was perfect until some families arrived at midnight and let their kids run the halls until 3am. They told me simply, "we have kids." I suggest the hotel not place families with kids on the same floor as sleeping adults, to avoid this problem in the future. Also, inform families of quiet times. It's easy enough to implement.
