This isn't the hotels fault but I've never been around so many sketchy people in my life. The pool has no lifeguard and was total chaos, I also found someone's pants that were left under the vanity in the bathroom. Wasn't the best experience I guess.

The first room was not cleaned, pee on the toilet, dirty bedding, and not vacuumed. I got moved rooms and the second room was clean but there was a cockroach in the bathroom that night. The hallways were dirty all weekend. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall not great and way too expensive for the poor quality.

The toilet was not working properly. Room was cold and drafty due to the weather stripping around the window was broken. Room was clean and my kids had fun at the water park.

The kids swim area was supposed to open at 9 but we had to call the front desk and a guy showed up with his belly sticking out of his shirt and did not look happy about his job and turned the water on at 9:30.

The building was freezing. All the hallways had to have been 60 degrees. The pirate ship area was really cold as well. A lot of the water park things need fixed. The breakfast took forever but the food was ok. Overall it was just ok.

MID!! Pool is best feature but FYI NO pool towels
The hotel was mid but spacious. I arrived at 8pm on Xmas eve, 2 front desk people along with another on the phone were helping a guest check in. There was an issue with his payment. No one greeted me at all and I was the only other person in the lobby. So I sat down for about 20 mins until the other guest checked in. The room I was given was not clean. The blankets & pillows strewn about and there were drinks on the table, like someone was still in the room. I told the front desk & they questioned me like they couldn’t believe it then relented and gave me a key to the adjacent room. The stay was enjoyable enough but the rooms need updating. The bathroom molding is warped and upon inspection Ramkota would not be my 1st option. HOWEVER the pool is very nice. This is their saving grace. It is a much better alternative than the watiki water park which is over chlorinated and my daughter (an ex watiki employee) said she has seen feces floating in the water there. This is why I chose Ramkota but there were NO pool towels even though the hotel was very dead, hardly any guests & very few swimmers. 5 others counted. A blizzard hit when we were checking out. I called the front desk at 842am for a late checkout. They could only do 30min w/o manager approval, which gave us until 1130am. BEFORE 1040am the housekeeper came to our door FOUR TIMES to see if we were leaving yet. When I called the front to complain she tried to me (a current guest) on hold to help others.Poor customer service

The things we didnt like was that the bed was hard. Our baby was shivering, the waterpark was freezing, so we went to the pool where the jets werent working in the hottub and it was green. Other than that, room was good, staff was very friendly.

We were led to believe there was a continental breakfast offered, there isn’t. We did not request a handicap room but we were told we did. We had a king size bed with used dirty sheets, there were only 4 tiny 1’ x 1’ square pillows, small and hard. We called the front desk and requested extra pillows and were told no problem, then the clerk called back and said there were none, then he said there were and when security arrived he would have them delivered, then the clerk call again at 9:45PM and very unprofessionally told us if we wanted them we would have to come get them. Whenever you flushed the toilet you had to jiggle the handle or it would continue to run. There was body hair of some sort in the bathroom sink, there was hair stuck to the inside of the shower curtain, the shower curtain was broke and water got all over the floor. When I used a towel toddy the water up, the towel was black from the floor. By the trash can there was the inside of a “stick” pen on the floor, which was probably a result of drug use and housekeeping did not vacuum the floor. The next morning we went to the lobby looking for the breakfast we were told about, when we could not find it we asked at the front desk and was very rudely informed there was not continental breakfast. When asked to speak to management regarding the the condition of the room and the absolute lack of professionalism and rude behavior of the front desk attendant from the night before, she waved her hand at us and said she

Would NOT recommend- it was disgusting
The stay was overall very disappointing! When we first got to our room we found a plate of food in the microwave, food chunks in the corner behind the door and hair on the toilet. I didn’t want to let my one year old crawl on the floor because it was so gross. We went to the kid pool (which was the main reason for going to the hotel) it was packed and the water was cold, so we went to the other pool and hot tub only the find what looked like fecal matter in the hot tub. It was disgusting! There were sirens going off several times during the night. I will never be staying in that location again!

I had to kill 4 wasps when I walked into the room. After opening the shades the room looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed.. the bathroom was dirty, the walls and doors had something on them like they hadn’t been wiped in months. The toilet was loud each time flushed and I had to remove the cover to plug the water because it didn’t work by itself! The watermark wasn’t that great either.

The water park was fun for the kids, which is the reason we stayed there. There weren’t enough towels in the swim area and the water was very cold. The kids still enjoyed it. The rooms were downright dirty. They seemed updated and fairly nice until you looked around and saw how dirty they were. There wasn’t a mattress protector on one of the mattresses which I found odd. There was food on the floor around the beds, in the closet, and basically food crumbs all around the room. There was a cup full of pop behind the garbage can from someone before. The bathroom was nasty. There was hair, dirt, and who knows what else all around the walls, in the corners, and under the sink vanity was disgusting! The bathtub drained very slowly and there was plenty of hair left behind. I think they may need some new cleaning staff! I likely would not stay again because of how dirty the room was!

Our toddlers loved the pirate ship swim park! We will definitely be staying here again! The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired and was not free but the location is very convenient for food nearby.

The first room they had is in had a leak in ceiling over toilet, tv didn’t work properly, and the blanket for pull out bed smelled terrible. They switched us rooms . The hot tub could definitely be bigger . The kids did enjoy the water park though.
