I am satisfied with our stay. Maybe a complimentary breakfast would be superb . But overall stay is very good.

Lovely!

Location: Mt Rushmore Badlands National Park Custer State Park Jewel Cave National Park Wind Cave National Park
Lovely lobby and layout. Very close to downtown, and roads to Rushmore, National Parks, airport, etc. The microwave and fridge in the room are convenient. The Custer State Park, which is about 30 minutes drive, is a must see because it is where the buffalo and antelope roam!

Rapid City Stay August 2014

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location, and convenience
Cons: The cleaning staff
Location: The Bad Lands (Miles) Rushmore/Wind and Jewel Caves
The Facility is located in a convenient location from the center of the town with easy access to arterials in and out of town. The staff was pleasant and the room spacious and quiet. The negatives were in the cleaning staff we felt. One of the three days we had to call the front desk to request the room to be cleaned after it had been vacant all day . The cleaning of the room was ok , but not thorough . That aside the stay was pleasant the location ideal for the Badlands and Rushmore. Rapid City is impressive and the towns people and merchants are friendly and engage with genuine honesty. We would stay there again if we were to cite Rapid City as a destination.

A 4 night stay

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: The water fall they have in the main room
Cons: Lower the price per room.
Location: Location was good, it was 30 minutes from Mt, Rushmore and Crazy Horse and Custer and the caves. Alot to see.
We had a wonderful time while staying at the hotel. Everyone was so kind to us. The waitress in the dining room was so sweet, her name is Kay around our age and it was nice talking to her, it seems now a day the younger people don't have time to chat. David behind the check in was very informative to us since we did not know our way around the area. It was a very nice place but I felt that the price they were asking a night for was a bit high. All in all we were happy.

Pros: The luxurious feel of the open 7-floor atrium.
Location: Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, hiking
Outstanding stay, in spite of a mix-up with our reservation. The staff went above and beyond to make it up to us. Beautiful hotel!
