In the past we were provided with a day wristband for our kids to swim. This time we had to pay seperate to swim at the waterpark. It really does not make sense to stay here if that is the case.

Only complaint I have is that the refrigerator did not work and there was no freezer. May not seem like much but I have medication that needs to be kept refrigerated.

My granddaughters & I stayed one night on the 2nd floor. The accommodations were very good. The only complaint we had was the noise level, even after 10:00-11:00 PM. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Next time I am in South Dakota, I'm from Washington State, would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were so affordable but definitely used and abused- our couch had rips and stains in it. The carpet was kinda gross. The bed was clean and the bathroom was incredible with great dove products. The breakfast was very average and very full of people. The pools and witiki staff were beyond kind and so patient. They’re definitely understaffed and overworked . The pool areas were kinda gross and run down with hair and napkins all soggy and wet on the floors, some of the walking areas had the foam missing or chipped and the lines were often 5-15 mins wait to ride a tube slide after 11am … The arcade was mostly working just a typical arcade of chaos and kids. Very affordable and people friendly- just not high end by any means .

Great location for the gymnastics competition we were in town for. Walking distance to restaurants, as well as a restaurant right in the hotel which was great while our daughters were enjoying the water park. This hotel is connected to the water park.

Room was clean and I like how the accommodate pets, but front desk lady was rude as she booked me for a double queen while I book for a king. I asked for my original room as she stated they were booked and there was nothing she do to contact Expedia. Which I did because I paid a little more for the king, and he was able to get me the room I paid for.

Even though my kids are grown and I did not come for Watiki like a lot of people that stay here, it was convenient, a great price, clean, AMAZING empoyees, and decent breakfast (pretty typical offerings, was a little disappointed the only muffin they had was banana when I an allergic, and no other pastry offerings, plus there was no bacon. If my husband, son or father had been asking, they would have wanted more MEAT lol. And there were a few stock show attendees staying there at the same time, so i can only imagine they would have appreciated more meat, too). Loved that there was tons of room to eat breakfast, though. Overall, great stay!!
