The hotel staff was very nice and very helpful.

“Stay a Way”

The internet connection did not work. The desk was no help. the front desk gave me a number that connected me to India. Disconnected twice and the third time I was told they would call me back. Yes you guessed India did not call back. Minimal breakfast, no microwave, no refrigerator, and a bad mattress to boot. Worst of all things. I have been coast to coast and this was the first time I could not connect to the internet, so I know it was not me or my computer. Staff no help and did not care.

“Didn't meet our expectations”

Finding the motel was a breeze. Easy access to many family friendly restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and responsive to issues that arose. The bathtub had a thick layer of grime in the tub. Not pleasing when you want to take a bath after 12 hours driving in a car. But... the front desk person who responded to our concern was incredibly prompt in response and very professional and friendly to work with. (Thank you!) After making our tub super clean she discovered that our plug didn't work. She tried to fix it with no success. No bath for me. Later as I went to turn in I discovered multiple hairs on my pillow. Our families hair is all blond. This was not. :( I was too tired to do anything but get my own pillow from the car. The overall cleanliness of our room was poor. But I cannot speak for others. Incredible late night service from the staff on hand.

Clean rooms. Friendly, efficient service. Would have liked more to choose from for breakfast. Will stay there again.

This motel is out of my expectation. it has clean and comfortable room. The housekeeping service is excellent. And the location is also very convenient for me to travel alone. The only thing that i didn't like about is the breakfast they provided. The orange juice is horrible, and the breakfast ends too early.

We stay in motels quite often in our business. The Super8 in Rapid City is very nice. I would say that we would stay there again. It's conveniently by several eating places and a gas station. Thank you

Better than I expected. My first time getting rooms on the internet. The rooms where nicer than expected. The feed back on the breakfast area was rite on, small for amount of rooms in motel . But it was ok. Getting to motel entrance was some what confusing. Ok after being there once. We will use motel again when back in area.
