Room was average to good halls were dirty laundry room was a disaster staff did not speak except to say there was no breakfast as they had no food. There was some updating going on in the units but long overdue in other areas.

Pick Somewhere Else!
Incredibly dirty and run down. Cops even showed up to check guests for open warrants! Broken down cars line the parking lot. Would NOT recommend at all!

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER SEEN
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The picture must be the ONLY room renovated, or they stole it because this property is a rundown mess. The hall carpets are nearly bare, and everything is so old that the smoke smell will never come out, even though it's nonsmoking now. When I arrived, there was a police officer at the desk, looking for someone staying there. Then I went to my room. The bed was hard and awful, the room had old carpet, no new paint, some kind of plastic curtains, and an old wall heater unit that sounded like a freight train. The toilet was running constantly until I fixed it. The other tenants were playing extremely loud music, screaming at each other and children, and there was a dog barking nonstop. I gave up and left after 90 minutes. Hotels.com shouldn't have this property online - everything is misrepresented.

A Nightmare on Tower Road
Tiles missing in the front walk-walking hazard. 2 cars in parking lot with flat tires-can tell that they were there for a long time. Hallway carpet are filthy dirty. Bedroom carpet filthy dirty-didn’t want to walk on it with out shoes. Bathroom floor was sticky. No bathroom towel bars to hang up any towels. Hook in bathroom was dangling. No complimentary breakfast even at 8 am. Found 2 bugs in hallway. Come back to hotel to end the evening but found 4 BUGS in the room took 1 of them to manager and went back to room to pack up and leave
