We stayed for 10 days and the hotel staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great location, very clean and tidy.

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Pretty much everything, lagoon front rooms have a great view.
Cons: Wireless coverage and maybe a couple of extra towels in the rooms.
Location: Close to town (20 minute walk if you want). Some great restaurants, Bamboo Jacks is awesome!! Sunday church service at CICC is a must.
A good hotel with all the basic facilities you need for a relaxing holiday. Staff were accommodating and polite. Very clean with immaculate grounds and gardens. Had an issue with the wireless internet access but was fine for most of the time.

Disappointing all round...

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Very run down and in need of repairs. Mould throughout the bathroom, particularly shower area (which you can hardly fit into). The layout of the rooms need to be changed - the walls are very thin and with the beds between rooms obviously head to head, you can hear all the snoring and other carry on all night. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Great stay at Club Raro

Posted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
My family and I had a great stay at Club Raro. The complex is smaller than others but that made it even better! It was great for family members who could not walk far. The room we stayed in was better than expected and very spacious for 3 adults (a king and 2 singles). The bench area above the bar fridge and bathroom could do with a bit of an update - but it was still very accomodating for the 3 of us. We also had the BBQ dinner which was great value for money and yummy. The location is between Avarua and Muri which made it just right for us. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit!

Nice Hotel close to town.

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Close to town. Very quiet. Right by the sea.
Cons: Extra coffee cups in room. As you need to clean up after yourself when eating or drinking in room. A dish cloth and tea towel would be handy.
we enjoyed our stay. the staff were excellent. The room we had was clean and tidy. It only had one coffee mug for a double room. they need dish cloth and tea towel left in room, if you are going to eat or drink in there because it doesn't take long for the ants to arrive if you don't wash your cups after you have had a drink or eat.

loved being right on the beach although very stone

Posted Oct 4, 2014
Pros: Handy to town and Muri
Cons: Needs to have some type of Live Entertainment by the Pool Bar instead of just a CD Player
95% of staff very good, Room staff very helpful also Bar staff. Enjoyed seeing the whales so close to the shore. Found some really nice Resturants eg Trader Jacks and Black Rock Café.

シュノーケリングが楽しめる静かなリゾートホテル

Posted Oct 4, 2014

Good accommodation close to many facilities.

Posted Sep 30, 2014
Cons: New linen & crockery would be good. 'making up the room' was not up to our standard but reflected the relaxed, laid back nature of the local people.
Location: Close to restaurants and bars, shops, weekly Saturday market, the harbour and fishing trip options. Relaxing beaches, cultural experiences.
Staff were friendly and helpful where possible. The resort offered many accommodation options, lovely outdoor areas with gardens, shaded tables and chairs, poolside lounges, pool with swim-up bar, a large restaurant, and beach access. The resort is located on the main road and the town of Avarua is accessible by foot, bus, or taxi. Wi Fi is available at the resort but a better option is to purchase internet access from the local Telstra shop. There are a number of Telstra Hot Spots located around the island. The resort is family friendly, the room was comfortable, especially the bed, which makes a big difference at the end of a busy day. The linen was a little old but refreshed daily. Our accommodation was at the low end of the accommodation options but suited our needs as we were out and about most of the time. The bathroom was dated and the shower particularly needed updating, but it was clean. The resort is progressively undergoing some refurbishment. We would go to this resort again and would recommend it to others.

Good location pleasant stay

Ocean view room is a must! Staff are quiet but friendly Meals were simple but tasty, pizzas were quite good Caution on the footpath when it's wet as it's slippery as heck Has beach access but it rocky so we just drove to muri to swim in the sea Not too bad of a place compared to other resorts we visited Hope this helps you're decision
