The Edgewater Resort and Spa

It was clean and comfortable with great friendly and acommodating staff. Overall a great place to stay.

The Edgewater was a great place to stay with children, the location is great, the beach is right there and safe for children and our son enjoyed the kids club (so Mum and Dad can have massages then cocktails by the pool!). The Edgewater has a car/scooter hire place on site, and they also book your tours (lagoon cruises, 4WD tours etc). We will definitely stay there again.

Easy, comfortable, great location, food average...spaghetti house better than main restaurant

The hotel was so nice rooms clean the housekeeping staff cleaned it everyday, the staff was so friendly,good activities at the hotel, food in restaurants beautiful specially at the spaguetti house. Was a good week everything ok we really enoyed it

First room was terrible (which we had paid to upgrade to), however we were upgraded (free of charge) to a better room which was very clean and spacious. Although the property is older and in a need of a re-vamp, the staff were always friendly and easy to approach with a vast range of local knowledge ready to be shared. Our room and the grounds were always kept tidy. The tropical gardens surrounding the resort are gorgeous. Breakfast is nothing special yet substantial. The resort couldn't be situatated in a better place, right on the beach which is extremely accesible for snorkelling/swimming, where a variety of sealife can be seen. Food/cocktails were pleasant and of a good standard.

We had a great time. The atmosphere was very friendly from breakfast through to late night drinks. There was always something going on with activities during the day ,happy hour and entertainment in the evening.Great location with safe snorkeling in the lagoon, bus service pick up and drop off,alternative restaurants within an easy walk.

Simple and a tad tired but great spot and super relaxed.

bar service was the only thing that let this review down---- they would make alot more money if they were more efficient as we had to wait a long time between drinks.

The rooms were basic. They have a nice hotel staff, great breakfast, tennis courts and a great beach location.
