“Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Experience”

Arrived on Thursday afternoon and quickly completed all necessary paperwork with friendly staff. The room was spotless, roomy and was able to relax (running the RAK half marathon the next day). I took my dinner in one of the restaurants and found the food to be excellent and the staff attentive at all times. I was a little late (1 hr) checking out as the massage I had was so relaxing I fell asleep. This was no problem and the staff also found the funny side of the situation. All in all it was excellent service and I would recommend the hotel.

We stayed at the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah (not to be confused with the Beach and Resort) for two nights. We originally wanted to stay at the the Ras Al Khaimah Beach and Resort but there was no vacancy. Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we could use their facilities with a free shuttle bus to the resort. The hotel service was actually better than the Beach and Resort service. We were pleasantly greeted upon arriving and the check in was efficient and friendly. The rooms were not huge but they were comfortable. They offered complimentary bottles of water in the room and the room service was fast and good. If you decide to stay in the hotel and not use the other hotel's facilities, the pool is very nice, clean and completely uncrowded. Although we didn't eat in any of the restaurants, the breakfast buffet was good and there were plenty of options for the little ones. Although this is definitely not a "resort" hotel, they do go out of their way to make you feel welcome and try to compensate with their lack of facilities with their sister property nearby.

“Wessing Anniversary in RAK Hilton”

mmm it was a nice idea to drive from Dubai to RAK for a short 1 night stay at Hilton RAK, the hotel is located in businesss city center, on creek.. no beach for this hotel but you can swim in the local pool, the hotel furniture and decoration is old fashionet, yet comfortable.. very good value for money...best to enjoy the outdoor ambience and view is from October-november till march-april..the best thing was the possible access to the other HILTON RESORT & SPA which is 10 min by car or by hourly shuttle bus between both hotel.. the is hilton resort and spa has many pools fresh and salt water, cold and heated pool, and pool for kids with water spiral slides, as well as the SPA and the long sandy beach.. without this access to second hotel the stay would have been less interesting.. breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety and quick refill and service.. staff is friendly, and they allowed us late checkout till 3:00pm.. the hotel has nice parking and friendly conceirge service as well as vallet.. i will come again ISA

“Comfortable stay and friendly helpful staff”

Our stay was generally very good. Big comfortable rooms, very friendly and attentive staff. Food was very nice in the restaurant with an adequate choice. A few minor things on the negative, the bar fridge in one of our rooms didn't work, water leaking from a ceiling in another room. The pool could be chilled a degree or two more. I accidentally walked into a room near the pool to get changed and realised it must have been an out of service room for the spa. It was putrid, the toilet was loaded full or sewerage - not a good look for any place especially a 5 * hotel. Putting that aside we were happy with our stay.

It's a nice hotel, with a relaxing atmosphere with an adequate swimming pool and plenty of optional extras (some requiring extra fees, some not) The only problem we found was the breakfast, with limited choices.

No problems for the three days we were there
