Passable

Pros: Inexpensive, easy to get to. Staff was excellent
Cons: Needs a total redo and clean up
Decent place, clean but rough around the edges. Right next door to gas station where a big bus pulled in and cycled the air brakes off and on for an hour in the middle of the night. Room was clean, bathroom needed re caulking, refrig was so loud we had to shut it off. I would recommend the Robin Hood motel on 2nd instead, it was a little bit more in price but superior in quality

an unsettling stay

Posted Jul 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place was cheap and close to the highway, so it has that going for it. When I pulled up to my room to unload my car (because I sure as heck wasn't leaving anything in the car overnight in this neighborhood), there were 5-6 shirtless, sketchy looking guys sitting outside of surrounding rooms just leering at me and watching my every move. It was really unnerving, so I told the manager I couldn't stay there, and she was nice enough to move me to a room next to the office. Still, I stacked all my luggage against the door overnight and tried to sleep through the sounds of motorcycle engines in the parking lot. The place was reasonably clean, just really old and run-down and only capable of being polished so much.
