“Great Ravenna choice!”

OK, so I rarely stay in 4 stars, but the price was great and the hotel really was terrific. Breatkfast was a marvel- didn't need to eat again until dinner with scrambled eggs, fresh pastry, and fresh fruit. Room was gorgeous with marble bathroom and very elegant color scheme. I wish I could have stayed at this hotel the whole trip!

“Great Location - Near Train Station and Historical Center”

Location was great. Near the train station and within walking distance to the historical center. Room was very comfortable. You could access the internet from the TV for a small (5 euro) charge (although the interface was some what clumsy). Would definitely stay again.

“Well placed and comfortable”

Hotel very well positioned - just a short walk from the railway and bus station, which was useful, as we travelled from Rimini airport by rail. We also got the local buses to the lovely, wide beach, which is well worth a visit. Hotel is clean and well-appointed, and staff are friendly and helpful - they recommended good restaurants and helped with public transport. Our only caveat is that our room was quite small with not much storage space, but it was welcoming and relaxing.

The front desk person was very friendly, but then we got to the room and it smelled musty and damp. We opened the window,which helped, but then we could not utilize the airconditioning, it was pretty uncomfortable. The hotel was completely full and we could not change rooms. The breakfast staff was unfriendly and wanted us to be seated at the furthest table available, although the other tables were empty. Others around us, later seated, received coffee and tea before us.
