The breakfast was plentiful but hot food was cold. Disappointed. We figured paying more was okay because we’d get a good breakfast. Definitely not the case. We were there early so can’t imagine how bad it got as the time went on. Probably will choose a different place next year when we go through and on our return trip.

the only thing i didnt like is who ever cleaned the room just through the blanekts on it looked like a 4 year old made it and there was garbage on the floor.

Not worth the price!
For the price, I was disappointed! The room was weird. The window of our room was in a breezeway. I paid a hotel price and it felt like a cheap motel. It was a little creepy. A lot of people hanging around outside. I didn’t feel unsafe but it was odd. The staff at the front desk was professional and efficient.

From the reviews I expected a nice , clean updated place to stay. Instead it was an outdated , dirty and loud room. If the rooms were as nice as the entrance where you check in it would have been worth the $230 a night. Instead the room we received smelled strongly of smoke and a terrible deodorizer to cover it up , this was to be a non smoking room. We were given a corner room right in front of one of the entrances which was loud all through the night as people came in slammed the door and talked loudly. The curtain barley covered the window next to the door letting a bright light from the hallway in all night long. We had to prop something up to stop it from opening every time someone opened the outside door! The chair in the room should have been put to garbage years ago it was brown ,worn with holes and disgusting I would not even think to sit in it. The sheets were stained. The bathroom was sized for a kindergarten classroom with the sink on the outside of the toilet and shower room. The pictures DO NOT show what this really looks like . Beware do not stay here. We got out as soon as we could.

For the price, I felt this property wasn’t worth the $200/night. The area is pretty run down. Our room was located in an “indoor” breezeway which at first I thought was nice but it was very near one of the doors from the outside so at the the slam of that door each time a guest came in or left at all hours of the night kept me awake. The bath towels weren’t soft. The King bed and pillows was very comfortable. The restaurant/lounge wasn’t selling food on site but there is a popular bar & grill within walking distance. All in all, it was “just okay”.

Okay … but super staff.
Staff was just darling. Did a great job. But of course Rawlins is just Rawlins. There’s nothing much you can do with that town. The property needs to be revamped.

The room was ok. It's pretty typical for a small town best western (I've stayed in a few). It's dated and needs a deep cleaning, but it's doable if you just need a place to sleep for a night. It's under construction so the carpets are dirty, but that didn't bother me like it has in other people's reviews. Beds we're comfy and clean, but there were a few (what looks like) food stains around the room like on the ceiling and lamp shade. That's no fault of the hotel... Just other guests who used the room prior to me.

Quick check-in, nice receptionist, answered all of our questions, beds are comfy, sheets are clean, towels are clean, carpet needs to be replaced badly, fabric chair in the room needs to be thrown in the trash, fridge is good, microwave is good, TV is good, like that the pool is 24 hours. I’ve read that breakfast is amazing. We’ll see in the morning!
Fabric chair is stained & worn, but people can be messy & gross. Not the hotel’s fault, but this chair should be removed & an easy to clean type of chair material would likely be more sanitary.
Stains everywhere, but again…people are messy & gross & usually don’t care about other ppl’s property. All hotels should probably have floors that can be mopped with easily washable rugs.

Horrible service, accommodations are dirty and unsafe. I have 5 charges on my CC of over 1K when they only needed to charge 20 dollars for a pet fee that supposedly Expedia couldn’t charge me with the original room charge.

The refrigerator in the room was kind-of loud - I didn't sleep the best because of it. But - the bed was super comfortable, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the hot tub and pool were very relaxing. I would definitely give it another try, and hope the fridge was quieter.
