Great place for College Students

If you're only looking for a cheap place to sleep at night, this is the hotel for you. It's not the most luxurious, but it's location makes up for whatever it lacks.

Hotellet låg bra till men rummet och hotellets kvalitet va riktigt dåligt . Rummen va fulla av myror både på golv och i sängen , mega spindlar , och ödlor fanns oxå. Att ligga på sängen va som att ligga på golvet , dvs stenhårt Rummen städades först när man fick påminna flera gånger om ..

The location is good .but service is very bad,there is no tower in room and you have to go to reception to get it since there is no telephone in room.the room is so small and the focility is bad too.the breakfast is so bad quality with only one rice soup.and the price is high too.

Cons: The room, the service, the maintenance...
Location: Good, nice beach.
They did not provide the breakfast buffet which I have paid for. The hotel has hidden garbage in many places especially beneath the cabins, behind the cabins and beneath the restaurant. There are many unsafe conditions: the restaurant wooden floor has many holes where your foot can get trapped, same as the floor of my room porch, electric cables not isolated, etc. Unsecure conditions: the frame of the glass door of my room was broken and they have a sing posted in my room explaining that the hotel was not responsible for lost items regardless of this condition. The bathroom was dirty and not well maintained. Actually the entire property has very poor maintenance. Management is poor and not able to explain why I was not having buffet breakfast, why they initially gave us an occupied room and the boat I paid and scheduled in advance with them was not on time to pick us up. The staff has no service culture; they all seem to be tired of dealing with unsatisfied customers. We had not running water the last morning of our stay. Could it be worst for such a pricy hotel?

ルブランサメットリゾート、2度と利用しない!

まずレセプションに着くまでに大きな水溜りがあり、受付まで行くのに難儀。外套もなく真っ暗だったため、水溜りに足をとられ非常に危険だった。滞在中に、水溜りから水が抜けることはなかった。従業員もフレンドリーさをアピールしたいのか「社長さん、社長さん、日本人?」を連呼。ただただ、イライラするだけ。教育が全くされている印象は無く、敷地内ですれ違っても挨拶もなし。 一部が改装中だったためか、工事中の建屋があったが、散らかし放題で、リゾート感からはかけ離れている。 ホテルの清潔さは最悪だった。レストランの床には食べ散らかしたゴミだらけ。近くの生ゴミ入れからは悪臭漂い食欲をそぐ。レストラン従業員は咥えタバコで吸殻をその辺にポイ捨て。夕食の際に団体客と一緒だったため、大声で話すわ、タバコは吸い散らかすわ、シャッターのフラッシュはバチバチ、それを他の客に迷惑がかかっているという認識が従業員には無いのだろうか、注意する人は誰もおらず、雰囲気は台無し。 部屋も殺風景で監獄のよう。トイレのタンクの蓋は無く、排水も悪い。シーツやバスタオルは赤黒いシミで気味が悪い。ベッドメイキングもシーツの上下を入れ替えただけで交換はされなかった。しかも手のひらサイズの大きな穴が開いていたがそのまま。部屋の鍵の掛け方に問題があり、しかも外套もなく真っ暗なため夜間戻る場合は、手間取る。 時間とお金を返してもらいたいと思うほど、最悪なホテルで、2度と利用することは無い。ただ、サイケウビーチに近いだけ。

Good Resort.

Good resort. Most things were fine. We had one electrical problem.
