We were nearly sold out on the night of your stay, and no other guests had any problems with bugs on that night or any other night. When a guest is not satisfied with their assigned guest-room, the guest service agent on duty is happy to assist you and even move you as necessary. Your reservation was for a No-Smoking-2-double bed; and you stayed in a No-Smoking-2-doule bed guest room. The picture of the room with two-double beds and the description is accurate. By the way, the picture and description of the upgraded No-Smoking King room, which has a higher room rate is also accurate. Hope that reason for your visit to the Reading area went well.
